He came out at the time specified, diagnosed the problem immediately, and within a couple of hours we had a new water heater with hot water a short 30 minutes later. Everything was taken care of right on site. John was personable and professional. It's easy to see why he's been doing this for over twenty-four years. Thank you John and MN Plumbing and Heating!

HomeWorks arrived at our home promptly in the morning after a broken pipe mishap overnight. They quickly assessed the situation, offered solutions, made the repair, then also evaluated our 17-yr old water heater and efficiently replaced it with a new one. They communicated well personally, as well as with courtesy phone calls, texts and emails, wore masks, laid out floor coverings and removed all the debris from the repair and replacement. They were exceptionally professional and we will certainly contact them the next time we have plumbing issues!

I had a mixed experience with a plumbing service. In total, I got the work done at a great price. However, getting there was more of hassle than it should have been.* Late the first day, then discounted my diagnosis, leaving without doing any work* Came back out, waiving the second visit fee of course, after my diagnosis was confirmed* When making the final payment, they weren't going to fully honor their coupon because it brought the price too low.So again, in the end the work done at a great price. However, I'd still try another company in the area for my next job, as my time is worth something, too.

Rose Plumbing is the best! They always come as quick as can be and get your home back to running order in no time flat. Today they also connected me immediately to someone who will clean out our sewer line later this morning, needed to prevent basement back up, after I flushed a cleaning rag down the toilet. Great people you can trust!!

100% would recommend again. We had a couple issues that needed to be fixed to get our house up to code. Andrew felt some of the work was unnecessary (which it was) and called the inspector to confirm that we indeed needed to complete the work. While the inspector had the final say and we did the work needed, it was refreshing to have them reach out and make sure we weren't making any unnecessary repairs and Andrew completed the work quickly and professionally.

Deans is not inexpensive but they show up and do the work professionally EVERY time, which is more than I can say for 90% of other contractors we’ve used over the years. I recommend if you want the work done quickly, reliably, and on time.
