I called for an appointment, which was available the next day, but was told they could possibly fit me in same day. Tim ended up coming out a few hours later and replaced the shutoff valve in the bathroom as well as installed the toilet fill valve and flapper I had already purchased. He then replaced the valve to the humidifier and found a leak in our HVAC that he fixed (condensation had been dripping for some time). Great work! Highly recommend!

I had two plumbers from bigger plumbing businesses at my house to look at a shower leaking into the basement. Both said the job was likely to trigger a bathroom remodel because there was no way to fix the issue without damaging the insert without damaging the tile without damaging etc etc. Both quoted prices but said I should contact a contractor about a remodel.

I found Alex through Angie's List and sent him pictures of the problem. He said it looked like a hard job, but wasn't sure why the other plumbers recommended a remodel. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and had it done in 2 hours with none of the extra damage the other plumbers predicted. Honest, knowledgeable and hard working.

The technician arrived on time and sent a short profile ahead with a picture so I knew who to expect. He thoroughly explained the process for the estimate of work, explained the list of options with costs. No pressure was put on to pick any option over another. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and would recommend them for any plumbing & heating needs.

Great work by Jake the Plumber! We had a drippy faucet in the bathtub, Jake came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to have the work done. I was impressed with each person we met. Adam in the office was great and helped troubleshoot and scheduled same day service. Stu was professional, on time, wore shoe protection and wowed us with his knowledge. I will be calling for all future needs. We highly recommend Jake the Plumber.

We contacted Erik Neslon Plumbing with what we thought would be a small repair. With their knowledge of older homes and plumbing systems it was quickly realized that the repair would be more involved. We were impressed with the creative solutions to repair and replace damaged parts of our antiquated plumbing system. As friendly as Adam and Simon are, while we don't anticipate needing to call a plumber again anytime soon, if we did we would certainly call these guys right away.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Great professional service

Jeff responded very promptly to our phone call despite a very busy schedule and came over to assess the damage. He did an awesome job with the mitigation work, very courteous and professional! We were extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend his services with no reservations.

Our water heater went out and created an indoor pool in our basement. Called Norblom Plumbing for help. I was explained the costs involved how they bill and water heater options. However the earliest they could do was later the following afternoon. Which was fine as t was short notice. Even shorter notice was a call back from Norblom about a cancellation and they would be over in 45 minutes. That worked great. The serviceman was courtious, explained the costs again. I needed another valve and repipe. He explained theadded time and materials bill . He answered all my questions relating to the project and an unrelated water softener issue. Will definitely call on Nrblom for any future plumbing work.

Joe, especially, was terrific! He had to go up into our hot, hot attic to install a bathroom fan.Another company wanted to cut a hole into our bathroom ceiling instead of going through the attic. When I told Joe that, he said, “That would be ridiculous!”He also completed two other projects.In addition, two others installed a water heater. Those two worked quickly and professionally.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.
