They installed highly efficient heat pump AC system for which I had already purchased equipment. Involved removal of old air handler in attic and outside condenser, some duct reconfiguration, new line set, thermostat and minor rewiring. Considering their unfamiliarity with the Blue Ridge brand I purchased, all went very well and system works well. They were neat, efficient and their team were all pleasant, hardworking and helpful. Never had a better HVAC contractor in the 32 years in my home. This industry in my experience is too often pushing unnecessary service and equipment replacement with big markups on unsuspecting consumers . And too often the quality of the installation or service is poor...very similar to used car type experiences. Erickson is refreshingly different and I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again on other projects. A big plus is that they can do their own custom ductwork fabrication in house and dont need subcontractors....the electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs are in house and jobs get done quickly with accountability.

Paul is a very honest and credible contractor. I am a general contractor and I have to say he is priced very well and just what the GC would look for. He really knows how to satisfy the customer. The only downside is he’s so good that he’s very busy so schedule him out for a bit.

We had a leaky pipe from our top floor bathroom into our first floor office. It was the Friday of 4th of July weekend and no one could help us, until we called Hibernian! He showed up on time, had all the right materials, great attitude, and fixed our leaky pipe. He was efficient and the price was much lower than other companies had quoted. Great service! Our house is a 1951 house with some really screwy plumbing lines. We had a rarely used, poorly located outside spigot issue that the other guys were quoting thousands to fix, as well as ripping out drywall and part of the basement ceiling that we’d have to then shell out more $$$$s to repair after the job was done. Austin came out to look at it and offered a brilliantly simple solution: if we aren’t using it that spigot, why not cut the line and cap it off? Genius!! Street Plumbing literally saved us thousands of dollars and huge hassle. They will be our go-to for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Dave and his associates saved me from a possible plumbing bill of 14000.00 to 21000.00. He sent out an associate to break up the clog for some 200.00 dollars. Dave is a miracle!!!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
