If we could, we would have given 0 (zero) star. TJ was brought in to our house by a seasoned contractor who was renovating our laundry room. The initial estimate that our contractor set aside for this work was $562.50. All TJ’s folks had to do were to bring in the washer and the dryer from the adjacent garage to the laundry room, set the water connections to these two units, install a new DURATUB laundry sink, set water connections to the new laundry sink, and connect the dryer vent to the existing vent. TJ also provided some materials including braided supply tubes. The bill for the work that TJ provided was $1398, a whopping 248% increase! We thought we were completely ripped. When we complained to our contractor, the contractor did understand our frustration and he took a hit on his profit margin.

Quick customer service on the phone and friendly knowledgeable in-home service. Will use them again for other issues. This one specifically was for an Aprilaire humidifier.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Great technician. But overpriced. 20 minutes of work to replace both sink lines and $420 later. I feel the pricing model should be more consistent as a per hour rate labor plus parts. Also within 30 minutes after my service a second roto rooter employee showed up asking to look at the water damage. Was not requested and feel it was somewhat deceptive on true purposes. Especially because I told the technician I already have a company working on the water damage. Service was good, but disappointed in the business practices. Will hire local plumber companies in the future.

We are remodeling our bathroom and received 3-4 quotes for plumbing. These guys were a competitive price for the work we needed done while also being a trustworthy company. They did a great job and followed all of the design instructions we had given them. They are a trusted company in the St. Louis Park community and would recommend getting a quote from them when you are in the need for plumbing work. All of there work passed the inspections with flying colors!

We bought a house knowing that the outlets needed to be grounded. I scheduled a time for someone to come take a look and give us a free estimate. Joe arrived and I told him what we wanted done and he did a very thorough job walking through the house, checking outlets, and explaining things. It took some time before we had the finances to schedule the actual work, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were able to get us on the schedule within 8 days from my calling to schedule. I was also happy that Joe was able to come back to do the installation as he already knew what we were working with. The job ended up taking slightly longer than expected because of some faulty wiring in the house, but Joe was sure to check in when his estimated time was up and give a progress report and make sure I was okay with him continuing work. The total cost ended up being almost spot on with the estimate. I really appreciate the thoroughness of Joe's work and will certainly be reaching out to Erickson to schedule future projects.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Fabulous service. Juan was very helpful, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and provided advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future. Great service!!

I paid Discount Plumbing $598 on 8/18/22 to fix a leak where my garden hose connected to the hose reel in my garage. Their plumber put in a connector that leaked (1st picture). The same plumber returned, apologized, & said stores were closed & he couldn't buy the proper part. (He never told me this when he repaired it; nor did he return with the proper part.)I had him return on 9/7/22 to fix his leak; he said he put in a rotary connector that would work.On 9/26 I first used the hose and had a massive leak. It flooded the garage and 6 baskets of groceries nearby. The new connector was NOT rotary --the only rotation was my $70 metal-clad hose twisting at its end (middle picture). The manager promised to send a master plumber to assess the work and refund me if it was not up to standard.I then saw their response (below): they never did my job. Last picture is their receipt for leaky garden hose dated 9/7/22.UPDATE 9/28/2022: I spoke to the manager about their false report. He apologized, said it was a mistake, canceled the master plumber visit, and refunded my $598 on the spot.I took down the hose reel and coiled the hose into a large plastic planter.....Gloria
