Best Main Water Line in Minneapolis MN

Discovered a leaking water heater. TJK came out, and had a new one in the same day. The serviceman, DJ, walked me through the options and pricing, took the old one and put the new one in in a few hours. He explained the suggested maintenance and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

I was cutting some recessed lighting into the living room ceiling and accidentally found some radiant heat water lines! The leak needed to be fixed right away and H2C was on site within 2 hours. I really appreciate the prompt professional service from your company and will refer you guys out.

These guys are very professional. They did a great job with a complicated water heater installation.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

We were so happy with their service and quick response. Our sewer backed up unexpectedly on a weekend and our local service doesn't work on weekends so we called Roto-Rooter and they were here within an hour. Very professional. The young man who did the work, Luca was very friendly and explained everything. This is not the first time our sewer has backed up but in the future we are calling Roto-Rooter to do the job.

If you don't care about your time and money these are the guys for you. Completely selfish company that does whatever if can to put you in an uncpmfortable position and pay more. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with

I also greatly appreciated that he told me he has been vaccinated for COVID-19 -- this is important and I hope that your establishment is actively encouraging your personnel, who go into other peoples' homes, get vaccinated for their own safety and that of your customers.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Service Star Plumbing (Ben) was able to send a technician out within a couple hours of initially calling them, which I appreciated. He assessed the problem & even had the materials to replace the laundry tub trap, which he did within an hour - & confirmed that he did NOT have to replace the whole laundry tub - YEA! (Other company was going to replace the tub without even looking at it.) The cost was reasonable & even got a senior discount! So grateful & happy that this job was completed so quickly & efficiently! And Ben was so very polite & courteous - thank you, Ben! You made my day!

Arrived the same day we contacted Pablo. Was efficient and professional and cordial. He did an excellent job and helped us immensely.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

I had my boiler replaced and it was the best service ever! They even provided a rebate to my gas company! This company should be called JayRocks, not Jayhawk. If you're not using them, you're nuts.

Andrew came out to do our annual inspection as a part of the legendary club. During that time we realized our faucet sprayer was snapping in half and was starting to leak. He took the time to help us install a brand new faucet in our kitchen to prevent any issues down the road. I had purchased it on a whim, and he had absolutely no concerns about taking the extra time to install it. He was very nice, polite, respectful of our home, and answered questions we had about a possible water softener. Really love this company.

Fast service, good work, fair price. Ive used them 3 times now, all 3 times have been a good experience.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
