Was house sitting for neighbors when noted sump pump not draining. Called homeowner and was told to call tjk. GD CALL! Jason and Jake came within 2 hrs of call. Did repairs, were professional, and explained what they did so could relay info to homeowner. Will definitely call tjk for any issues in my own home. Great company to work with.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I called Erickson to replace a drum trap, and had saved up a few wishlist items around the house. The fee was a flat-rate time-based fee, and the plumber was able to give time estimates for each project before beginning. I was able to get the most bang-for-my-buck at a rate I felt more than reasonable. I recommended their service to a friend who had a leaky pipe who felt similarly. I had them back to do some gas line work as well and it was a similar experience.

I'm about to call and have them out to work on a valve and drippy tub faucet. I am confident I will have another fine experience.

Excellent service. Our water heat broke & Service Star came within a few hours. The plumber, Daniel was very helpful, professional, kind & competent as we’re the staff accompanying him. We highly recommend Service Star Plumbing.

They did a real fast job of getting here and the guy that came to my home to do the work was very nice, polite, professional and he got the job done. The man that answered the phone, was another story. I told him I found an online coupon for $50 off any service and of course the thing I needed done wasn’t covered, so he told me $250 to snake both of my toilets (which doesn’t seem like a discount to me). I told them to come anyway and as soon as I hung up, I noticed another special they were running online. It was $75 To unclog each toilet, instead of $95. I called him right back and mentioned that and he did honor it, but I thought it was pretty shady that he didn’t mention that to me when I brought up the other coupon. Saved myself $40.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
