Service with a smile is right! What a nice gentleman who came after hours to fix a badly leaking pipe on a moments notice. Extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Dan and Ben did a wonderful job in our main floor bathroom! They were a delight to work with and did a wonderful job!

They are the real deal! They texted and showed up during the estimated time window and they were very courteous and professional. They cleaned and scoped our sewer main very quickly and at a fair price. (Much better than our previous rooter in speed and service.) I absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I called yesterday to ask if they will service snowblowers and they said Harvey would give me a call. Less than 24 hrs later, Harvey has picked up our snowblower, serviced it, and is set to return it shortly! On a Saturday, no less! I’m very happy with their customer service.

The General came out and cleared my drain. They made a big mess turn into not a bid deal at all. Thank you so much for being honest, upfront, clean, and prompt. Commercial and residential. We have used Gust Plumbing for 20 years. They are dependable, honest, and fair priced. We don't use anyone else because they are so good. I highly recommend them for any plumbing projects.

Barnabas was able to provide same day service to repair a broken water pipe. He was friendly and courteous and quickly assessed what needed to be done to repair the leak. The work was of high quality and was much less expensive than the quotes I received from other plumbing companies. I would definitely use Harrison Plumbing again for any future plumbing jobs!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We had issues with our toilet flushing slowly and clogging. They came here for 5 minutes, charged me $217.98 and the toilet clogged the same night! Called them to complain, they came back to fix it but 2 gentlemen came here, flushed the toilet (which wasn't clogged at the time but went down slowly) and left. They won't do anything else. I'm left here with a toilet that is in the same condition as it was before they came here and a $217.98 bill to pay.Learn from my mistake and take your business to a company that will actually do their job and one that charges a lot less than $217.98 for 5 minutes of their time and the use of their snake!

Excellent customer service and very honest and affordable

Richfield plumbing came out to give me a free quote on venting two sinks and certifying the plumbing with the city. After receiving an ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS quote, I said no thanks. A few months later and I have a bill for several hundred dollars for that free quote. Complete crap. I'm calling the city to complain about this too.
