I agree with most of the comments on the over charged for the work from MN Plumbing and Heating. I'd similar experienced, which a leak on one of the bathroom copper pipe that requires attention. Then contacted MPH for the first time. Jeff was the tech who turned up the next morning. He had suggested I'll need the copper pipe replaced to fix the problem, since he'd noticed the main water valve was shut off at that time. Then, he shows me the quote $741 price tag. He then further explained the complications of the work to be done, which kind of a sales tactic in my opinion. Due to zero knowledge in plumbing and was presented with not much of an option, I agreed to proceed. By the way, I was even more surprised when the job was completed in an hour.

All said and done I'd shared my experienced with friends and through asking around all of them concluded that I'd over paid for the service.

I am changing the review to 4 after received a follow up call from Bob at MPH office, which we both workout through the situation with the payment disagreement. I would have gave it a 5, if the service guy could have worked with me on an agreeable payment term.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

Rick and Anthony were on-time, cordial, professional, and did great work. They diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to fix it that were clear to understand. Prices seemed very competitive and I didn't feel like I was being upsold or pressured to pay for things I didn't ask for/need. I called on a Sunday to get a quote for a water softener. I got an appointment the next day and installation within hours of getting the quote. Nathan was the plumber that came out and he did a great job on the work itself and in explaining what I needed to know about the options available. He was friendly with myself and our dog! Chris Norman was great! It will be in the 90’s tomorrow, the air is not working like it should. I called Genz- Ryan they could get somebody out here by tomorrow. Within a half hour they called me back to ask if I would like them to come out today. Chris explained everything down to my level so I would understand. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Matt tested the CO level multiple times and we did not see any abnormal levels and he did additional inspections and everything was OK. Thanks to Matt we did not have to replace our furnace. Very honest and helpful. Thank you, Jack Walters

January 4th 2022, I woke up and I could see my breath. I had no idea who I should call but I remembered the ads from my talk 107.1 and so I called dean's. I explained that I was having problems with my furnace and they offered to schedule me sometime in the next few weeks because for general service they were booked up. I expressed to them the emergency nature of the situation, namely that the temperature's were supposed to get down to -20 that week and they put me through to their emergency department long story short, due to complications on my end, it took about 2 weeks to finish the project but Jeff B made sure that my pipes didn't freeze and I wasn't in a dangerous situation. They had to replace the originals of the house octopus furnace/boiler and the holdup was needed to get the asbestos removed first. Without Dean's I honestly don't know if the house would have survived. If they didn't act in such a rapid and efficient manner my pipes might have Frozen and more damage would have been done that I could have financially dealt with.On April 1st of this year we got hit with a super wet and heavy snow storm. A branch fell off a tree and took down a line running to my house. At first I wasn't concerned because it didn't affect my power but once the snow melted I realized I was just lucky that it had ripped the power line from the physical attachment to the house without actually breaking it. This time I had no hesitation and knew exactly who to call. I reached out to Dean's and they sent Matt Z out. Matt was able to assess the damage and within that week make sure that the immediate repairs for safety were done and then reschedule the complete rewiring that was necessary to make it 100% safe. In two trips he not only saved me from potential electrical hazards, but improve the Safety and Security of the electrical system overall and the value of my house.At some point I'm going to need some Plumbing work done and you know who I'm going to call? I'm going to call Dean's. I don't know what plumber I'll get but if I need HVAC work done I will ask for Jeff B and if I need electrical work done I will ask for Matt Z. As long as I own this property they will have my loyalty.
