Best Hour Emergency Plumbing Service in Minneapolis MN

We've had Alex come out twice for some plumbing work because we liked working with him so much the first time! First time was just some work under the sink and the second time was replacing our water softener.
First off, he is SUPER responsive. Every time we reached out via email we heard back within a day, sometimes within an hour. Super speedy, something that doesn't feel too common in the trades.
Very punctual as well. Said he'd show up at a time, was there exactly on time.
He also answers questions without complaint, whether that is questions before the work is done or follow-ups after. Just a great source of knowledge.
Finally, his pricing for the work felt really fair.
Definitely our go-to plumber when the need arises.

I had a major clog, preventing any water in my household to drain, on a Sunday evening. I called everyone else in the area and most either had nothing available for a couple of days or did not work on Townhomes. Roto-Rooter not only had a technician out to my house within an hour, but they also did not charge me additional for weekend emergency house call. The technician had me cleaned and cleared within 2 hours and I was able to continue my business. The pricing maybe have been more than if I could have shopped around or waited a couple days, but everything else they did for me was more than worth the costs.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Responsive & professional, Mr Pablo & Mr. Edison cleared our clogged drain from house to street. They showed me the invasive roots blocking the pipe with their scope while doing the job.

On January 4th, 2023 at 8:45am, your plumber working at our Building in Brooklyn Park cleaned out his van and illegally dumped his trash in our dumpster. This is very unprofessional. Please advise your staff to properly and legally handle their garbage.

John W came out to do an AC check, included with my membership. He showed me his thorough notes and walked me through possible enhancements to consider for the future. What a nightmare! Do NOT use these people. We purchased the home 4/26/17. On 4/17/17 Twin Cities Rooter snaked the sewer line for preventive maintenance as requested by prior owner. The report read removed a small amount of roots. From our purchase through and up to 9/12/18 (18 months), we had NEVER had a backup! We called them early September 2018 and set up an annual preventive maintenance for 9/13/18 again with them. That report was basically a carbon copy of the one they did in 2017. Three days later @ 6 AM (9/17/18) we had our first backup ever. We called Twin Cities Rooter immediately and they said they would come right out. They explained that when you snake, it can shake things up inside the line and cause this. NOTE: In speaking with 4 licensed sewer and drain companies, they said that Twin Cities Rooter's shake up reasoning for backups was ridiculous. They snaked again on the 17th and the tech told us it was clean and that they had pulled out some roots. At 11 PM on 9/22/18 we had another backup. We called them early on 9/23 advising them. They came out on Sunday, September 23rd and hmmmm, you guessed it snaked it again. Throughout we were charged each time and on 9/23/18 charged double because it was a Sunday. We couldn't make it more that 72+ hours without another backup. How could we go from ZERO backups to 3 within 10 days after they snaked and cleaned our line? We scheduled a camera with them for the next day (9/24). We went to the pipe and I said I hoped it would only be a repair and the tech said repairs are $6,000 and the camera had not yet gone down. He also said that the tech that snaked before said it was hard to get the snake down and he had to apply alot of pressure. Does this make any sense at all? They had cleaned it 3x in 10 days and there are 2 of us living in the house. Anyway, the camera report said that a chunk of clay piping was missing. We were then given an estimate for $8,000. We strongly suspect that when these techs were snaking they, in fact, enlarged what had been a small missing piece of clay piping causing all the backups while also increasing the damage. Then to add salt to the wound, they don't give the customer a copy or link to the camera and if you want it, you have to pay for it. We still can't make it more than 72 hours without backups. We are now desperately trying to figure out what to do and immediately. C Boedeker

From the first phone call he knew exactly what i needed. . He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered when i called, and keep me informed every step of the way. They were able to come out next day. Him and his employee came out on time. They answered all my questions. They did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. They were honest upfront. They let me know the issues and solutions without trying to over charge or make me do unnecessary fixes. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Wow. Ken's was top notch end to end. I had a homeowner project mishap on a Sunday, never good. I called all around to find someone to help me ASAP. Ken's was the best - communicating promptly with me back and forth to assess the problem. Even better, they dispatched a guy to come out with a couple of hours - on a weekend. None of the big guys would commit to anything before tomorrow night. Best in class and local. Highly recommend.
