I had a complete blockage of the plumbing stack causing kitchen sinks and dishwasher to slow and a basement bar sink to overflow and flood the carpet.i called rotorooter for help at 3 PM, and Andrew was at work by about 8 pm on the same day. He arrived with mask in place and operated in compliance with Guidelines from the Minnesota Department of health For Covid prevention.Andrew took a careful history of the problem from me, and we collaborated on the scope of work— which lines needed to be cleared of the accumulated sludge of two decades. In my opinion the cost Estimate was very reasonable.Andrew worked Quickly and skillfully. He inserted the Auger through the kitchen drain and threaded it down through the length of the stack. He Instructed me to observe water flow in the basement sink and sewer to make sure that the plan he implemented successfully relieved the problem.In addition to being an excellent technician, Andrew was friendly, easy to be around, and provided excellent explanations of what he was doing and why. He took care of the cleanup and went the extra mile to apply silicone caulk to joints in the pvc stack to prevent leakage.Dealing with plumbing problems like this can be a difficult, worrisome, and expensive process. Andrew made the experience as painless —and maybe even pleasant— as possible! I have used Roto router in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Pablo and his coworker were fantastic!! I called them in the morning and they were here by noon. They unclogged my basement floor drain and were in and out in 15min. I had another company come out before and they could not unclog my drain, said I would have to replace it and it would cost me thousands of dollars. I am so grateful for Pablo!!! Will only be using his services for now on!! 10/10 recommend.

One of their drivers was driving like a drunk person at 730am on I-94 West. Swerving all over the road, going 30 in a 60. Couldn't maintain his lane of travel. I called their dispatch and before I even told her what was going on, she simply said that she would talk to the driver. I asked if she wanted to know what was wrong with his driving. She didn't seem interested. I told her anyway. As soon as I hung up, the driver then hit a car in the lane to his right. That car had to stop in the shoulder, the truck driver just kept on going. He seemed to be nodding off as I pulled up next to him. I'd sure never hire a company that employs drunk-drivers.

Decent company, more expensive than other companies. Lot of good guys that work there. Sometimes they prioritize speed over quality which is a chance you take with any HVAC company. If you do choose to go with this company recommend you want Jeromy to be your installer. He's extremely knowledgeable, does things by the book, doesn't take shortcuts, and he's an overall friendly guy that you wouldn't mind having at your house. He deserves a raise.

Wish I had called them first! Quick and so thorough on main sewer clean-out! My sewer was so blocked by roots I was afraid I’d have to have someone excavate. They persisted and cleared it. Now I’m hoping I can get one of these cool CIPP liners so I don’t have to deal with this in my 130+ year old sewer again!
