I chose Jake the Plumber because of their willingness to discuss potential costs for my repair before making the trip to my house. This was important to me and none of the other vendors I called would even tell me their hourly rate. Stu was great; he explained the scope of work and completed it quickly all while keeping the expense well within the range given on the phone. He did not try to up-sell me on anything. We will definitely use Jake the Plumber again.

Tanya T. Was so kinda and helpful. She spent time trying to identify what we needed and she tried to understand the situation before problem solving with me. She then spent time connecting me to the right person to get us a quote for a new furnace. Tanya was personable and friendly! Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Called on a Sunday after finding oue basement flooded due to the floor drain being clogged; they were to our house within an hour! Their service was amazing, very polite and was done quickly! I was shocked by the emergency price and how reasonable it was! Under $200! We will for sure be using them again for our drain cleaning every time! Highly recommend them!

Northern Plumbing and Softening did an excellent job of updating all of my plumbing, both repairs and replacements. Chuck is a master plumber with years of experience in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck for all of your plumbing needs!

I contacted Homeworks regarding the specific Mitsubishi heat pump I was looking to install. I confirmed over the phone that they installed this P-series Mitsubishi equipment before their visit. Greg from Homeworks, upon arrival, had no knowledge or understanding of this Mitsubishi equipment and was not familiar with what a manual J is. If an HVAC contractor is not familiar with manual J or how to appropriately size equipment, then they should not be installing HVAC equipment. HomeWorks is listed as a Mitsubishi “diamond dealer” but poorly represents Mitsubishi. I don’t trust these google reviews; they all look fake or paid for.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.
