The gas line to our stove became blocked - only enough gas was coming through to light one burner on low. Norblom was our third call to get an opinion on a solution and they should have been our first call! Another plumber quoted us $5,000 to replace a majority of our gas piping. Norblom found the blockage (sediment from renovation work related to our dryer's gas line), removed the blockage and was done in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you!!! I can boil water again :)

I am absolutely shocked at how many five star reviews this company has.If you are concerned about COVID-19 and having a service personnel in your home, do not hire this company. The technician arrived at my door without a mask on and asked if he needed to put it on (keep in mind answered the door with my mask on). I told him yes, he does and he walked in my home and then put the mask on- couldn't be bothered to put it on outside. While he was in my basement, he complained that masks are face diapers.Not only that, but my husband and I let the tech know what we thought the problem was, and the tech never opened any panels, didn't check anything and just took a flashlight to the exterior of the unit and said yeah it probably needs to be completely replaced or have these two parts for $2K done.I called another company that came out the next day, that opened the water heater panel and found a hole in the water heater- the second company told me the whole unit needed to be replaced and their quote was literally half of the price of MSP- and the MSP tech didn't even open that panel and/or find that same hole!!They also claim to be a paperless company and require your email address, but the quotes they give are on a piece of paper in pen with the tech's handwriting. When you call the reps about your quote, they tell you to call your tech and don't have any info on hand.The customer service reps I spoke to on the phone were all professional. I submitted my complaints to the manager, who was very kind and apologetic to me, and I appreciated his call. If it weren't for the customer service reps and the tech's manager- this company would have a one star review. I will never use them again and definitely would never recommend them to a friend.

Dan showed up yesterday on time and as promised and got the clog fixed fairly quickly, he sure lived up to his reviews :) Prices are fair and reasonable and a pretty decent warranty. If I ever have any other plumbing issues I most definitely would reach out to this company again. Dan was prepared and very knowledgeable and got the job done. He also suggested how I can prevent this issue in the future. Nice work!

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
