I had a mystery water leak. Josh and Jake did a wonderful job of tracking down where the problem was and solving it in one visit.
They also found another issue that could have led to a foundation issue. They solved that one as well. I am grateful for the deligence and kindness of these two men. Thank you!

Jake was super cool and personable, but also very professional. I called Monday afternoon, and he was able to get me in the first thing Tuesday morning (I live in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood on the East Side of Saint Paul). I was especially into the whole free consultation thing, since many plumbers charge quite a lot just to come out. I also needed a plumber who would do both drain unclogging and drain/faucet repair, and it seems like there are a lot of companies out there that are either/or with that kind of stuff. He unclogged the drain in question (kitchen), replaced the kitchen faucet on a really difficult-to-access sink, and re-plumbed the main drain and dishwasher connection for a very reasonable price. He explained plumbing in a way that made sense, offered to teach me how to do the work myself so that I could know some plumbing basics, and did not try and up-sell me on anything. He was more competent and provided better service than larger plumbing companies that I've worked with, and it was nice to know I was supporting an individual guy versus a big company. I'm a relatively young female homeowner, and was completely comfortable having him in my house and felt that he was being very honest and fair with me. He is definitely someone I will call again and recommend to others.

Super impressed with ENP! Adam and crew did a fantastic job replacing our hot water lines after we suddenly lost all hot water pressure in our house. Very much appreciated their sanitary protocols during this odd time. Great price and quality service. Highly recommended. Will be going to ENP for all future plumbing work.

Our technician, Daniel, was on time and did an excellent job of diagnosing our issue and making the necessary repair.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

I had my car radiator break near here I went in to find tape or anything to get me home and the amazing people working in here were the biggest help I could have asked for. They walked to where my car was broken down helped find out what went wrong then grabbed parts and tools from inside and fixed it. They only let me pay for the parts needed even when I offered cash for the labor, I absolutely would not have been able to fix it myself saved me an expensive tow truck or risk damaging my car further. Can't thank them enough, would buy all my plumbing and hardware goods from here. Highly Recommend.

Honest and affordable

We had a leaky pipe from our top floor bathroom into our first floor office. It was the Friday of 4th of July weekend and no one could help us, until we called Hibernian! He showed up on time, had all the right materials, great attitude, and fixed our leaky pipe. He was efficient and the price was much lower than other companies had quoted. He is our new, go to plumber. We will be recommending him to all of our friends! Amazing customer service and great guy.

They did a great job explaining everything. Josh was very kind and was able to explain it to me and my co-homeowner. I appreciate not being talked down to even when I don't know what I'm talking about.

Honest review here. Just had Matt's come out to add the plumbing so we could turn a single sink vanity into a double sink vanity, replace the shower/tub cartridge in that same bathroom, and install a new water softener. The first two parts went fairly smoothly but the third was rough. They had trouble installing the water softener because an O-ring was slipping and water kept spilling out. After a couple hours, they figured it out and left for the day. The next day, we woke up and there was salt water all over our unfinished basement floor. The brine tank was discharging from the overflow valve. We called them up that morning and they had the same guy out right away. He ended up finding out a defect in the head of the BrassMaster water softener. After talking to that company's support line, BrassMaster sent a specialist out and replaced the head of the softener. So I guess we're glad they use a local, responsive water softener manufacturer. This seemed to be the end of it, except that we were no longer getting hot water in our master shower. It stayed like this for a weekend and we called again on Monday and they sent the owner, Matt, out that afternoon. He found that a cap, but not a cartridge, was put on our new shower cartridge and that the hot and cold water were mixing here before continuing on to our master shower. He put the cartridge on here and we were good to go. Easy fix! Just to be thorough, he checked out everything else and noticed that the intake/outtake of the water softener were swapped--old softeners often are and although the original guy noticed this when getting an estimate he forgot when he did the work. So Matt changed the copper pipes to go into the proper places. Overall, this was a bit of a headache, but Amber was always very pleasant at the office and never cast doubt or deflected blame when we said something wasn't right. Matt's was also very responsive in addressing our concerns and despite that they came out on 3 separate days and multiple hours beyond what was expected, they never asked for another dime. Btw, we had gotten another quote from a chain before this and Matt's quote was $400 cheaper than even the membership rate that we could have gotten from the other guys. I wanted to write this without a lot of slant and just tell it as it is, so hopefully someone finds this helpful.

Matt from Pronto did my Furnace Tune Up today. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the detailed checklist that he used. It's comforting to know that everything was looked at and will work well this winter!

Mark came out to do maintenance on our water heater. We talked on the phone and he was able to fit us in same day which was very convenient! He was very professional, nice, and reasonably priced. We'll definitely work with him again!

We had a really great experience today, as much as you can when there's problems in the home. Our plumber Joe was very nice, communicative, professional, and walked me through everything he was going to do. Even had a nice 5 min chat after all the work was done, little things like that are great. A+

I've used ESP for multiple plumbing projects over the last 7 years. Jim and Dustin have been awesome to work with. I'll continue to use them for sure!
