TJK is the best! In addition to our faucet replacement listed below, TJK also replaced some deteriorating piping near where the water main enters our home. It was a major job! Brad J and Jake S were familiar with the work that had to be done and completed it superbly! Brad J (the lead on the job) was very familiar with the type of repairs we needed. He didn't just do the work and get out; he stayed around to test the new connections and make sure everything was sealed properly. I'm really impressed by Brad's, Jake's and TJK's commitment to quality. If you need repairs, I could not recommend them more highly!

Called with a few questions about a toilet the kids flushed a toy down. Ended up not not using Jakes services for other reasons, but he spent a good 10 minutes talking through a number of options and recommendation. Can tell he is knowledgeable and and a five star operation. Would definitely recommend.

We have happily been using Weld & Sons for years, but on Friday, November 11, 2022, they exceeded our expectations! We placed a service call around noon for a pinhole leak and promptly that afternoon Manny arrived with everything to complete the repair. Thank you for the terrific service!

The monthly service plan is a joke. They are supposed to come out twice a year for tune ups but it’s tough to get an appointment. I booked in September for an early October tune up and was just informed they had “emergencies” pop up and need to reschedule for November 15th or later. It’s noon on the day of my appointment and I’m just getting this call to reschedule. The appointment windows are all day so you can’t make plans for the day and they can cancel last minute and push your appointment out over a month. Customer service has gone way down hill since Covid. Management has an attitude of not caring. Repairs are very costly. I purchased a new furnace through them but if I cancel the monthly maintenance plan which continue to have issues with scheduling, it loses the warranty. I would absolutely look elsewhere before committing to anything with Bonfe.

I called them to fix a backed up drainage but the technician was unable to fix the problem as he did not have the necessary equipment for the job. So he recommended another company he said would be able to get it done.

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

I had my boiler replaced and it was the best service ever! They even provided a rebate to my gas company! This company should be called JayRocks, not Jayhawk. If you're not using them, you're nuts.

We hired JD Plumbing because of his reputation and fair prices to plumb up an exterior irrigation system. He did not disappoint. He was well organized, had a clear vision on how to it, got right to work and even cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend his services.

Very good experience. Employee pulled right what I needed off the shelf. Very knowledgeable about items on shelf.

The 2nd one a while later that I got the employee who acted like he knew what he was doing did not pull the right one off the shelf and it don't fit so the water keeps seeping around the toilet flapper in the toilet tank. This one is flimsy and made poorly. Very unhappy with my service and don't think employees were knowledgeable at all. Also stuck with a purchase I can't return.

I highly recommend Adam from TJK Plumbing! Adam came on Saturday and quickly diagnosed our problem and determined the spot on 1st floor bathroom ceiling was likely a faulty shower drain tile and not a leaking pipe in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Rather than incurring extra cost by cutting a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling, we agreed to monitor it for now. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with!
