The folks selling the home my husband & I recently bought hired Jake the Plumber to do some plumbing repairs we requested be made prior to closing. As first time home buyers who were just about to have their first baby, we wanted to make sure the house was in good standing. I’d called the plumber who came out to conduct repairs because I feared there was some miscommunication over what we requested be done. When I’d ask the plumber if it’d be okay for my husband to give him a call if he needed clarification on any of the info I was relaying the plumber said, “I’m not willing to have more than a short conversation with him.”
I was very off put by that. I wasn’t on the phone with him for more than a minute, it wasn’t like I bombarded him with questions or info...
Nonetheless, the repairs have held up!

I am extremely impressed with this company. They got out quickly, charged a fair price, and the plumber they sent out (Simon) was friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up really well after the job and was just overall awesome. I will 10000% be using ENP for my next project.

I have been using this hardware store for 12 years. They are family owned and operated and show and tell you how to DIY. They greet you immediately when you come in the store and basically offer personal shopping services to save you time and add expertise. This is the ultimate local hardware store. I have also used their plumbing services in my home. Top notch. Do things cost slightly more than Home Depot? Yes. It it worth it? Completely. Their tips and suggestions over the years have saved me both time and money. They are so honest when it comes to what they sell you. I've had them show me how to do things more efficiently and for far less expense more times than I can count. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

If you want to be charged double what competitors charge for similar work this is the company for you!!! I needed a simple toilet flapper replacement and was charged $557.46, this is price gouging plain and simple. The technician was in our home for 90 minutes. Gave 3 repair options and we went with the cheapest option. Assuming they charge the high end rate of $200/hr for labor, that means they are charging over $200 for a $10 part. The $99 service charge was waived because work was being done. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will never be taking my business back to them.
