Well done. I had an air conditioner put in Sep 26th 2022. On 8/10/23 had a water heater replaced.

I can't say enough great things about Nate who helped us. He really went out of his way and was so nice and respectful. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and he was the most genuine and they are very reasonable.

We called Dean's to have the valves & handles replaced in our shower, but because they were so old we were convinced to have a new shower insert put in with one handle that would be up to code. We were made to believe that all the work would be done in one day. To put the shower inserts in the plumber cut a 3-5 gap bigger than the insert. The plumber then told us that we had to call another company to come and finish the sheet rock around the shower, which will cost more money. I am disappointed how this whole experience turned out. We were excited to have a shower back without a drip, but now it's worse than it was when it started. If you can't do sheet rock then don't cut into it, or maybe you shouldn't be installing showers.

Andrew did a great job answering my questions abt our dual zoned system. I asked him to check our air-to-air exchanger while he was here to make sure it was functioning as it should. He took it apart and showed me how to clean the filters. He took his time to ensure our furnace and related systems were functioning as they needed to.Thanks, Andrew!!
