Company communicated well in regards to scheduling. Workmen showed up on time and did a good job installing new units. Gave me instructions on how the thermostat works. Left the house neat and clean. Very happy with the work.

Ryan was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Though the news on the tune up of our furnace was not ideal (turns out we will need a new one this fall due to multiple cracks and rust noted in the inspection), when Ryan delivered the news it was clear he cared and went the extra mile to make sure I understood what he found and the risks associated with it. He showed me photos he took with special equipment that allowed him to see various parts of the furnace. He took time to answer all my questions and helped me set up another appointment to talk about our options for repairs or replacement of our furnace. He also told me about a program they offer that would help us in the future and includes discounts on new equipment if/when needed. I would highly recommended standard heating and if Ryan is sent on your call, I am confident you will receive excellent service!

Had my water heater go out over the weekend, called Monday morning to see about a replacement. Within an hour John had shown up and provided a comprehensive list of options and prices. I picked the service I wanted done, and by early Monday afternoon all the repairs were completed. John did an awesome job, was very friendly/helpful, and made sure we got the best possible experience. Definitely recommend this company, I will be using HomeWorks again in the future!UPDATE: Had my furnace and AC replaced today by the awesome guys Chad and Charles from Homeworks. One of their drivers was driving like a drunk person at 730am on I-94 West. Swerving all over the road, going 30 in a 60. Couldn't maintain his lane of travel. I called their dispatch and before I even told her what was going on, she simply said that she would talk to the driver. I asked if she wanted to know what was wrong with his driving. She didn't seem interested. I told her anyway. As soon as I hung up, the driver then hit a car in the lane to his right. That car had to stop in the shoulder, the truck driver just kept on going. He seemed to be nodding off as I pulled up next to him. I'd sure never hire a company that employs drunk-drivers.

Routine checkup went well, their service plan is a great value! The technician was very helpful, because I had a million questions about AC, water heater, etc. They are original and I expect will each go out in the next few years. I love having a plan and the tech gave good practical advice. Neighbors basement flooded after appliance failed, I’d like to avoid that!

These people are terrible neighbors. My wife and I had to move because they and the scrap metal trucks they enable are constantly throwing junk and pallets around and idling their engines at all hours with no regard for their community even before noise is supposed to begin in the morning at 7am.

I've been using Janecky for over 2 decades. Most recently they installed a cast iron tub, facuet and drain system, pulled all the proper permits, passed everything without issue. They are really good at what they do. Show up as scheduled, stand by their work, using legitimate licensed plumbers whom they treat really well. I see their trucks all over the twin cities for a reason. Call Dave and Shelly Janecky and give them you're business.

Ben and Nick did a great job last Monday with a new sink hookup including garbage disposal and faucet fixtures! They were on time, professional, and quick.At the first visit to get a quote from another plumbing professional, we were a bit surprised at what the total cost came to, and felt slightly put on the spot to decide in that moment in order to make timing work to schedule. Though I will say the reliability and quality work probably makes it worth it in the long run. Sink and disposal has been working great so far all week.

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
