Best Frozen/Burst Pipe Repair in Minneapolis MN

I called to have a kitchen drain figured out after I had cleared about three cloggs on on my own and still couldn't get my sink draining. They came out in about 2 hours or so after my call. The person they sent was friendly and professional and cleanly presented. His name was Jordan and he explained every step of the process to me and was upfront about the steps and cost involved. Fixing my sink went well and he answered all my questions and even cleaned up after which many other companies have not done before when I have called them. They warrantied the job they did so if something goes wrong they will come right back out. I appreciate the fast professional service.

Our technician Chris was a total pro. He showed up within an hour of our call. Fixed a bad drain and was on his way in an hour. Could not be more pleased. Totally recommend Roto Rooter.

We have had Sergio out to our house multiple times for various plumbing needs over the years. We call him every time because he's very knowledgeable about plumbing issues and fixes things the way he would want it done in his own house. He also gets you on the schedule within a day or two. Can't recommend enough. This was our second time using them within the year for tree roots in our main line. We called Roto Rooter at 2 pm, they said they'd call when the tech was 30 minutes away and they did at 5:30. Dennis showed up before 6 pm and was courteous, professional, and friendly. I showed him where the clean-out was, he explained exactly what he was going to do, how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. No sales pitch, no 'oh by the way I just found x and it's going to cost y much more' no lectures about how we've got bad pipes and shouldn't use them until they do thousands of dollars of repair. Well it’s never particularly cheap when you need a plumber but when the resolution clears up the issue it’s overall worth the cost.Our technician was AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!! Was patient and polite and answered all questions and explained exactly what the issues were.If every person that came to work on my home was like this I would be as content as possible. He resolved our issue and was just a great guy in general.
