Best Emergency Hvac in Minneapolis MN

I manage a 64 unit, 8 building townhome complex where we recently had a commercial water heater fail. It was on a Friday. I contacted this company due to their proximity to the complex. At mid day they sent a tech out to inspect the unit. By 5 pm they had a new water heater on deck and a plan to return in the early morning for a full replacement, which was completed by ten AM. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

I coordinate vendor services a lot with a lot of vendors I’d say Jayhawk is up there. I think Kyle is the MVP, always helpful and will walk you though diagnostics for small things and spare you a service charge. Often a tech can’t explain or understand things about the issue and it’s a big headache to get accurate service. Kyle always slows down and makes sure, helps with terminology, gets down to the bottom of what’s going on, and doesn’t just throw his hands in the air like it’s impossible to get device details. He is able to communicate about everting very well. Shout out to Kyle: I work with a lot of service providers and I don’t think any of them do as good of a job at understand they problem, the options for solutions, kicking around numbers and getting the job scheduled without rechanneling those details.

If every service provider was like Kyle I’d save tens of thousands of dollars each year from folks who will not listen to primary diagnostics, charging to fix what we already relayed was not the issue, and he won’t push back like you must be not know how to change an air filter.

I had an amazing experience working with Karim to fix my furnace! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me perfectly! He laid out all of my options and walked me through each one. He was not trying to push anything on me either, which made me feel in control. Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

A Kens Sewer Service subcontractor unplugged my floor drain on New Years Day, for $125 with senior discount. The subcontractor was a great guy to do business with. I have done business with them in the past, and pleased with their service so far. The service you get depends on the person who actually does the job.
