Best Ductless Heating in Minneapolis MN

I would never use them again and would not recommend them. The price they charge is ridicules, they charge about $400 an hour for my crude easement and charge you just to come out. I would avoid them if you don't want to pay really high prices. They replaced two needle valves on the outside of the house and took the tech about an hour to do to the work $536. But I will say the tech was very polite and courteous and did a good job.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

He changed the Filter, humidifier filter and checked out everything. I feel much better about our furnace making it through the winter now.Chris did a great job installing a new water heater. Very poor scheduling support. I made an appointment weeks in advance to have an annual service performed on my AC unit. They called me the day before the appointment and told me that they had to cancel and would not be able to come out for an additional two months. I can appreciate that they are trying to handle emergencies first but trying to delay by two months is definitely not acceptable.I definitely would not recommend Genz Ryan if you are looking for maintenance service to be performed in a timely manner.

Prices are on the high end but they are so responsive and helpful - John H. was the technician on our first service call and he does top notch work, so I think you get what you pay for... we've already requested him for another job. A tree limb fell onto my power line, pulling the house knob off of my house and leaving my power line just hanging by the wired, causing damage to the inside of my power meter and potentially the wiring in the conduit. Matt Z came out and replaced my power meter and the outside wiring and re-installed the house knob so now my power line is hung properly and safely. Matt was very professional and pleasant to work with, 10/10 would have him back for any further electrical work I may need in the future. Nothing could have improved what was already a fantastic time at Minneapolis Plumbers & Drain Cleaning. All of the cast-iron pipes in my older home were successfully swapped out for PVC. They finished on schedule and were both neat and efficient in their work. Strongly suggest using Minneapolis Plumbers for any plumbing work.

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
