I had a backup in the main line. After making calls to several places and getting turned down for different reasons I called Roto Rooter. From the service rep that took my call to the service man who came out it was a good experience. Adam the service man was out in less then 45 minutesHe explain things very well and cleaned up after.Thanks Adam.

The General came out and cleared my drain. They made a big mess turn into not a bid deal at all. Thank you so much for being honest, upfront, clean, and prompt. Called to get a water heater replaced. On their website it says same day water heater replacements. We are already had centerpoint here to tell us we need a new one. Rotorooter wanted to charge $99 but couldnt get anyone here for two days. That is false advertising and we just want to buy a water heater not have someone look at it again.

Had a great service by Brian from roto-rooter. He did not try and sell me service i did not need. He identified the problem and got it unplugged in no time. Great prompt service. Then a supervisor turned up to check the service status. Highly recommend these guys.

Do It Right gave me an ultimatum and provided a threat (conversation was recorded) based on whether I'd use them or not even BEFORE I received their quote. Had another certified plumber come out and Do It RIght's quote was nearly 3X(!) the second quote received. He also requested PRE-payment for the materials he would need to buy to do the job. Never heard of such a thing for ANY home service. So unprofessional.

Great customer service! Made the appointment they kept us up to date via emails and texts.Pays to have Technicians that have experience.Tim diagnosed the issue and got right to work rooting out the tree roots that were the issue. Initially we thought we'd have to have CIPP pipe liner installed in the spring because of collapsed pipe. Also sewer drain cleanout buy the waterline main had blown it's cap off! Two and a half to three feet down in a hole.Great service at very reasonable rates!Thanks Tim!

Had a floor drain that backed up, technician showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, recommended repairs and have a cost estimate, did the repairs, left the area clean, very professional, highly recommend
