Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was great! They had an appointment available quickly which was awesome. I was notified when the technician was on his way to my home. I received a photo of the technician as well as some history about him which was greatly appreciated. Sometimes it can be a little nerve-racking to have strangers come into your home. John arrived and walked me through what the issues were as well as other information about appliances in my home that I had questions about. He took care of the issue and made sure everything was working properly before leaving as well as go over again everything he fixed. He made sure I didn't have any questions. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to explain to me what I had questions about. I would call this company again for any repairs needed in the future.

They came out quickly to help me when my hot water heater wasn't working and were great at explaining what I needed to do to troubleshoot the problem. Great, fast, and friendly service.

Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I had a drain in my basement which stopped draining. My laundry wouldn’t drain because of it. I called dispatch and they were really nice and helpful! The technician arrived within 30 minutes. He helped me with my home warranty claim and had the drain cleared within a short time. In under an hour I was fixed and ready to do laundry again. He was great and very nice and professional! I would definitely use Rotor Rooter again! Great job. 10/10!

Got a bid from Norblom. Negotiated a better price and got a verbal start date of mid-November. They were going to take a look at another job of mine, where we were going to sign the contract for the 1st job. They emailed me and said they were passing on both, 10 days before their start date.

Really screwed me. Unreliable, I wouldn't bother calling them. Their word means nothing.

used Bonfe in the past never had a issue i will keep it short.main sewer line gets tree roots Bonfe quoted me $99 main line clean out which is their price all over Bonfe web site. My wife waited around all day with no running water, when they arrived they charged her $788.00 to clean out the main line. they scammed us.. the Tech was here less then a hour. Be very careful when using Bonfe for anything. Very disappointed. i thought Bonfe was better then this, BUT I guess not..

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Unfortunately the service at Kelly Plumbing has gone downhill. I paid this company thousands of $ for doing the plumbing on a remodeling project a few years ago and was satisfied with the result. I’ve pursued them for months to get them to do the same work at a new property and they won’t even return my (multiple) calls and e-mails. Disappointing.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Daniel was great to work with! He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me tips and suggestions. That time was of great value to me as a first time homeowner. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra and was very upfront about everything. He’s was patient and knowledgeable. He will now be our go to plumber for all future repairs. Give this guy a raise :)

I had a running toilet that I couldn’t stop. The plumber came within 45 min and was able to take care of problem. Very nice man.

Pablo did a great job to clear the main sewer line from the tree roots, that put u a good fight. The time he spent and pricing was much less than we thought. Will definitely call again when we need a plumber.

Adam was very friendly and professional. Helped to install and educate us in using bidet as well as maintenance on water heater. I have confidence that I can call this company for any future needs.
