John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. Had a badly leaking pipe from the kitchen sink into the basement. He arrived promptly and was a genuinely nice person. Perfect fix with very reasonable, transparent pricing. I will most definitly refer them to others. Very happy with the overall experience.

We hired Gene's to install new sewer pipe and we're very pleased. They did a good job. However, what really mattered was how they handled an issue. They came back and fixed a problem with no difficulty and did not charge anything as it was under warranty. So while many companies can do their jobs well, how concerns were dealt with made Gene's stand out to me as trustworthy and honorable.

Called Ken's when we found a spraying leak on our main water line where it meets the city's water meter. He got someone out quickly and also contacted the city about getting the special replacement part that was needed. From beginning-to-end, it was a very enjoyable experience and I really got the feeling that they went the extra mile. Also, the final repair cost was less than some of the bigger plumbing companies wanted just to come out and look at the problem. Highly recommended!

Very Knowledgable about plumbing and the services offered

What we were quoted, and what we were charged was over a 30% difference. Very poor communication with both the plumber and office. Plumber brought the wrong parts to the job and admitted to not checking properly before preparing for job. They completed the job well, but too many other issues elsewhere. There are lots of great plumbers in the twin cities. These guys are not worth the headache.
