I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.

He patiently answered all our questions and kept us informed of his progress. We are considering installing a water softener and will definitely request him again!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

We had a main pipe back up and Brian came by within the hr and efficiently fixed it at 10 pm, great guy and great business, appreciate them and will call again whenever needed

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Jeff G came to do my sewer inspection this morning, he and his assistant were fantastic. They were timely, quick, and explained everything they found (which was minimal thankfully). The service was great as a first time home buyer who is just getting a grasp on all the ins and outs of what it takes to own and maintain a house. Also, it's crazy how good of video they are able to get with the fiber optic cable they use, it was pretty neat to watch the video they provide at the end. Definitely would recommend.

Rip off!!!! Charged longer than they were actually at our house! Did more than what they came for ,only needed wall pipe retreaded, he put in the sink drain and drain stopper without asking. Oh and they charge for even driving to your house to!!!
