I needed to replace my shower cartridge that was broken in half and one half was stuck into the shower handle. Initially brought the broken handle to Home Depot where their two experts tried to get a screw out of the handle for 2 hours. Eventually they decided that the easiest way to disassemble the handle would be to break it, which they were trying to do for another 15 min, unsuccessfully, thanks God. Today I went to LeVahn Bros. Their associate Chris took the screw out in 5 minutes, then found a replacement screw, and charged me $3. Thank you Chris! What a pleasure to watch real professional who knows what he is doing. Quick efficient & professional

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I had a drain clog at 9 PM on Thanksgiving eve. I called a different place first - Mark's Plumbing in Plymouth - mistake. Mark scolded me for calling him at 9 on Thanksgiving eve, and said he wasn't open until Friday.

Called Ken's next. I was a little gun-shy after my scolding, but Ken was nothing but helpful and professional. Had someone out early the next morning (on Thanksgiving day) and fixed my problem for $159. Great job!
