I had a great experience with TJK plumbing. I originally submitted an online request and they emailed me right away. When the issue became more urgent I called to see if they could come sooner than I had originally planned. They came within 2 hours of my call and fixed it right away. I received professional l and respectful service from Josh.

I have used Minnesota Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years and they have always been prompt, timely, courteous, and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We have used them for our furnace, AC, sinks, and bath room needs. David S. is the best man around.

Jake the Plumber was our first experience with hiring a plumber, and we were very pleased. They were prompt, the cost was reasonable, they took the time to go over the repair in detail, and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. We live on the opposite side of the metro from Jake's, and thus had a travel cost, but it was well worth it. We will definitely use them again the next time we need a plumber.

John and Carly were great. Price was about half what I was quoted with another company. Besides the money they were clean and kind. They even were great with my little, harmless, barking, feisty dog 🐕.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Thanks to Brian and Matt, we were able to get our floor drain working again! They gave us great information on what caused the problem and great advise on how to prevent it from happening again. If I ever need a plumber again, I’ll be sure to call Roto Rooter.

Great from start to finish. Where they really shine is the guys who come out and do the work. Absolutely fantastic. I see reviews by some people talking about the pissy office lady... And the guy who did the quote, I've been In their office multiple times to check on my quote and to pay my bill. Sure, not everyone is fawning over your every move but damn we're all doing a job here, right? And I did not have those issues. Anyway, like I said earlier, where these guys shine, was the guy who came out to do the work at my place. In and out, friendly as hell and knew his $**t. I've got a fully plumbed basement bathroom and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any other plumbing work I need.

Jake came to install our toilet. He was polite, professional, and clean. He did a wonderful job. The company was very professional and responsive and provided all the information we needed to know.

Jordan was professional, informative, and courteous during the plumbing inspection. I’ve used Bonfe for other service previously (boiler install), and have had only good experiences to date. Highly recommend.

John was great. Fixed my hot water pressure issue, gave me multiple options with estimates for each. He walked me through how each differed and what the advantages of each were. Highly recommended.

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
