Best Boiler Maintenance in Minneapolis MN

I would never use them again and would not recommend them. The price they charge is ridicules, they charge about $400 an hour for my crude easement and charge you just to come out. I would avoid them if you don't want to pay really high prices. They replaced two needle valves on the outside of the house and took the tech about an hour to do to the work $536. But I will say the tech was very polite and courteous and did a good job.

Wow super service. I had a problem with my air conditioning which was making a horrible loud grinding sound. The air was cooling but very little. I decided to shut it off till it was inspected. Chad removed the cover, looked at it and told me a rusted screw fell off which was supporting the motor without the screw the motor/blades were scraping the inner walls. He used 2 plastic zip ties to fix it and had it back running quietly in about 10 minutes.

Great service!!! Everything was done great! My overall experience was very good. From the technician who cleaned my furnace and detected problems And showed me the problems. To the salesman that so me the new furnace and air conditioner to the installer who installed the new units. Down to the person that did the final inspection and walk through To make it sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. Every one was friendly and Professional.New service on 9/17/2020.Asked for a quote to get a gas line run up to the kitchen so we could get a gas stove. Technician was on time. Quote was reasonable so we booked it for next week.

These guys are FANTASTIC!! We had a sensor go out on our water heater due to some home construction we're doing, so we were left with no hot water. The first place I called said it might be a pain to find the specific part we needed and that it would take awhile. I could have tracked it down online and installed it myself but I'm not handy...at all.I came across these guys and gave them a call to see what they could do. They were at our house about an hour after I called, so SUPER quick service. The price was reasonable as well. I had Matt S and Matt M come out. They were both not only super professional but they were actually cool laid back normal guys with funny personalities as well. You can request who comes out to service your house, and I strongly recommend you have one of those two come out!They fixed our issue really quickly and easily considering there were contractors in our basement that they had to work around. Signed up for the membership service and will ABSOLUTELY be using these guys moving forward.It sounds super cheesy and salesy I know but I went from taking an ice cold shower to a HOT ONE because of them and they made it simple and stress free!! Thank you!!

Entire team was professional, personable, efficient and quick to get my new A/C sold and installed. Joey and Francisco were tops. They got us out of the heat and into a cool night. We were very happy and slept comfortably.

Fast and prompt service. Nick was great to work with and gave me some good options with no pressure to chose the most expensive. He was focused on what I actually needed and wanted out of a new boiler system vs. what would be the greatest profit for MSP. I will use these guys again for sure.

Nate is the absolute best! He walked me through everything he was doing (simple repair), answered all my ridiculous questions and helped me plan for a future renovation. So happy Janecky was recommended to me and will most certainly use them in the future!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

Aaron & Martin were very good. It was a complicated job but everything was explained in depth to me, answering all my questions, very transparent, they cleaned up everything nicely after they were done and they got me the best price they could for the job while still fixing it the right way. They also were wonderful for the initial estimate and gave me a lot of options after figuring out the problem. 100% recommend. They work hard and have a great attitude doing it.

Gabe was very thorough. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition when he was finished. He explained everything he did.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.

Irresponsible and unprofessional.

Too bad I have to even pick 1 star. My service was for a stoppage, I chose what was closest to my issue, but I noted that the problem was water bubbling in kitchen and toilets when water was draining in other areas of the house. From the moment the technician arrived he was abrasive and rude. He flushed a toilet, walked around the outside perimeter of my home and said he couldn't help me. He advised me that I would have to call another company to address my problem and he thought it might be clogged vents. He refused to try and see if there was a clog elsewhere or do any other work. Considering he was wearing nice jeans, a nice tshirt and was worried more about the grass that got on his shoe than listening to my concerns I'm not surprised he didn't want to inspect the cleanouts (we have 3) under the house. After speaking to his mgr he told me he was going outside to make a call to my warranty company. He got into his van and drove away. Awesome service! I will make sure to tell my friends.
