Best customer service ever! Brian was dispatched to my house only hours after I called for service. Underground drain pipe for my house was clogged and left me unable to wash any clothes or dishes. Brian fixed it quickly and also recommended things to improve my house faucet mounting. He was very professional and also double checked my washing machine to make sure it drained properly. Highly recommend this company and the fact that they were very reasonable price wise. Skip the other companies and their next day service. These guys took great care of me.

We had a sudden back up due to old tile sewer line from house to street. The first technician, Jarrett, arrived at my home in about two hours. Brandon arrived and was able to evaluate the blockage, offer restorative service (Dan/Anthony), complete extensive repair from house to street (several options offered), complete inside mitigation … all completed with 72 hours of incident. Expensive, yes, but the price seemed to be in line with others I know who chose to replace sewer liner.

My drain in my laundry room backup and I had water all over the laundry room floor plus I could but flush the toilets. I called Roto Rooter after talking to other company's who either would not come to a town home, or could not come out today.The person I talked to on the phone was so nice and told me someone would be out in 30 to 45 minutes.True to his word Adam the service tech came in 45 minutes. Adam was so nice and did a GREAT JOB. He got the drain unclogged but felt that they my be a issue with the drain structure. They are going to send someone with a camera to scope out the mainline.I am very satisfied with the service from start to finish.Thank youCarol Aldrich

I had Matt's come out to look at replacing an existing gas line for a new stove. The technicians were polite, professional, and arrived within the timeframe quoted. However, Matt's price was quadruple what I ended up paying White Bear Plumbing to do for the exact same job ($875 versus over $3800). He wanted $3200 to replace the line and then the remaining balance to be paid when they came back at a later date to hook up the gas stove. I had already received the $875 quote from White Bear Plumbing and when I asked why his price was so much more expensive, he said he has more than $800 in materials for my job. Even if this were true that would mean I am paying over $3k in labor (to run a gas line 15 feet) which is absurd. I gave them the $100 trip charge and declined the work. The reason I had Matt's come out is they said they could quote and complete the job the same day where White Bear was booked out a few weeks. Expensive lesson learned. And yes, White Bear Plumbing is also licensed, bonded, and insured and the work has a 1 year warranty. However, they didn't carry an iPad to quote the job, just a pen and paper.
