Best Bathroom Remodel in Minneapolis MN

While traveling we had a hot water heater fail (nightmare). I emailed TGK and with in 10 minutes had a response. They were able to send out a technician in 2 hours. Brad did a great job not only with the installation, removal and clean up but he took care of the warranty exchange for a unit they did not even install! This not only saved us over $1000 but the headache of dealing with the manufacture ourselves. By the time brad had finished the installation we were on the flight back home. Not only did we have hot water when we arrived, they took payment the next morning. Just a great experience! We will use in the future. Thanks to everyone who was involved.

While I didn't end up using this plumber due to timing, he was very informative, responsive, and helpful with my questions as I was coordinating some work on my home. He was recommended to me by someone. In the future, I plan on using this service.

I called Roto Rooter because of my floor drain backing up, etc. The woman who took my call was very nice and helpful. The technician, Allister, was very pleasant, respectful, efficient, and kept me updated as necessary. I definitely recommend this company.

I called and spoke with Mike and asked them to come replace my bathroom faucet and shower head. The plumber that came out (Paul?) was very professional, courteous and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He completed the project a full hour under what was estimated. I don't go out of my way to write reviews often, but they deserve a great review. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to a friend or family member.

Our technician was prompt, professional and up front with our issue. Excellent service. Would be five stars but the cost is a bit on the upper end.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. Kelly Plumbing went above and beyond to solve a water heater problem we were having. I would recommend their team again and again. Absolutely blew away the nearby competitors.

When I call, all I get is their answering machine and they never return messages. Very unprofessional. I guess they don't want new customers.

I like JD Plumbing because he also does gas plumbing (if you don't know - putting in gas lines take a plumber, but not all plumbers do gas lines).

I had my car radiator break near here I went in to find tape or anything to get me home and the amazing people working in here were the biggest help I could have asked for. They walked to where my car was broken down helped find out what went wrong then grabbed parts and tools from inside and fixed it. They only let me pay for the parts needed even when I offered cash for the labor, I absolutely would not have been able to fix it myself saved me an expensive tow truck or risk damaging my car further. Can't thank them enough, would buy all my plumbing and hardware goods from here. Highly Recommend.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.
