Alex came over at 7 pm and completed a major leak repair for a very reasonable cost. He was a lifesaver for us. Do not consider anyone else for your plumbing needs.

I'll start by saying that I have not yet used Jake for our plumping issue, but the five stars are for the 20 minutes he spent with me on the phone. I called him from California to discuss a possible sewer problem on a home we purchased for my son in St Paul. Jake was absolutely wonderful in discussing possible fixes, keeping the cost as low as possible, and just all the time he spent with me on a busy work day. I've been a home and business owner in California for over 45 years and have had a lot of interaction with plumbers, and none have been so pleasant and understanding about throwing money at something that is not yet a problem. I will definitely hire Jake to do the work for us once the property closes.

Called in at 530 pm and it was non emergency and they immediately able to send someone out. The plumber they sent was named Fred (Tech #4155). He was phenominal! Even if I paid a little higher by using an international company it was well worth it! I would call and schedule to have him do anything else plumbing related for sure!

They're always responsive and super easy to work with. Staff is always nice. They're super helpful when giving me knowledge and explaining what the issue is and how they can help. Their call center is very easy to work with as well.

These guys do really great work. They are always very polite and kind when entering my home. Wear masks the entire time. Lay drop cloths to walk on and just leave the place perfect the way they found it. I’ve had them to multiple jobs on my home - total plumbing for my new basement bathroom and total plumbing for my 2nd floor laundry room addition and saved me from the GC’s plumber’s bad ideas. Last time they were here I said “I want a hat. I want to rep the brand.” Found plumbing services for life.

I had Jeremiah come out and replace and install new AC mini split units. He was absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough about how great his work was and how great he was a communicating with me about the project. From the moment he started to the moment he finished he did a phenomenal job! I am extremely happy that Jeremiah was the person that came out to do the work on our house. He made us customers for life with Erickson because of the great service he provided! Thank you!

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

LeVahn brothers solved the problem and realized our water softener was the culprit. They figured out the problem right away and now I have clog free faucets.

I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.

I'm a general contractor who has used ESP Companies for all of my remodeling for the past several years. They do excellent work, and are great at problem solving. Their flexibility, good attitude, and great ethics have them at the top of my list for any and all plumbing projects.
