I recently returned home from a trip out west for a family wedding and discovered I had no hot water. My husband turned off the water before we left town so I knew to turn the water back on, but soon realized I had no HOT water. I called my still out of town husband who told me to call Mark’s which I did immediately. Within an hour Tom was at our house and solved my problem quickly by lighting the pilot. This was a simple fix, but we have used Mark’s for all of our plumbing needs since 2004. We have always received excellent service at a fair price. Mark’s communication system is one of the best I’ve experienced; first I was informed of the expected time window for service, then was alerted by text when the plumber was on his way. As a business owner whose time is valuable, that kind of service gets my loyalty

He is an awful plummer

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
