Best Repair in Minneapolis MN

Just had my water heater installed recently. The technician/Installer was great, so nothing to complain there. What i am disappointed at is that TJ (Owner), didn't do what was in my best interest as a customer, and get me an energy star complaint, rebate eligible water heater unit. What really hurts is that the rebate eligible unit cost only $20-30 more than my installed unit and i would've saved in excess of $200+ from gas and electric company rebates. Again, these are the things that gets overlooked and disregard and it hurts customers in the end because at the end of the day, aren't we all trying to save money and get the best value for our hard-earned dollars? Small things and attention to detail makes a big difference. I hope the owner of this establishment put customer first going forward.

Jake was super cool and personable, but also very professional. I called Monday afternoon, and he was able to get me in the first thing Tuesday morning (I live in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood on the East Side of Saint Paul). I was especially into the whole free consultation thing, since many plumbers charge quite a lot just to come out. I also needed a plumber who would do both drain unclogging and drain/faucet repair, and it seems like there are a lot of companies out there that are either/or with that kind of stuff. He unclogged the drain in question (kitchen), replaced the kitchen faucet on a really difficult-to-access sink, and re-plumbed the main drain and dishwasher connection for a very reasonable price. He explained plumbing in a way that made sense, offered to teach me how to do the work myself so that I could know some plumbing basics, and did not try and up-sell me on anything. He was more competent and provided better service than larger plumbing companies that I've worked with, and it was nice to know I was supporting an individual guy versus a big company. I'm a relatively young female homeowner, and was completely comfortable having him in my house and felt that he was being very honest and fair with me. He is definitely someone I will call again and recommend to others.

John and Karly came out to inspect a leak, they were FAST, friendly, didn’t try to convince me more work was needed when it wasn’t. This company cost less than HALF of other local companies to do leak detection, and came out same day when an opening became available. And their standard rate was $40/hr cheaper than other companies. I know where I’ll be calling next time I need work done. Shop small, hire this crew!

My experience with roto rooter was great! Austin was the guy that came out and helped us out. Our sink drain was backup and was having a hard time draining. I had a lot of questions and Austin answered them in an easy to understand way. He also gave us a few options about how to treat the problem and was completely honest with us about pricing. That is the part I appreciate the most. He was not trying to swindle is into a large bill for services we didn’t need. Thank you Austin for your help! We appreciate it!

Charged me $400.00 to unclog a floor drain. I was leaving town the next day so I had no choice fearing flooding. There was about 1 gallon of water on the top of drain. Asked to flush toilet approx 5 feet away worked fine, not main service, Here about 1 hour found lint in drain. I googled floor drain cost average cost $150 to 200. Gave me some BS on a special deal that I may qualify for refunding $$$ spent if I left a good review. If you have time get estimates,

A great group of people work here. They are kind and responsible. I had water damage done to my unit by the cause of another unit and the lady who is responsible is being hard to work with. The crew here was understanding and patient. They worked with me up until they couldn't and did a great job removing the water damage.

I was coming home to Rogers tonight on County road 81 (west) at about 7:00pm tonight. The speed limit was 55 I was going 60 mph. This is a one lane both directions. I larger vehicle was so close behind me I could not she the headlights. This continued for about a mile when it finally passed me, it was a Norblom Plumbing van. It continued to drive fast and road the tail of the next vehicle. Finally it turned off on county road 30 near FedEx. Please speak with your drivers as I personally have seen to many people hurt by drivers like this. Thank you.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.
