Having Josh over was stellar. He arrived on schedule to fix two gas leaks that were identified in my home. He worked with me to decide on changes around one of the leaks, identified some options, explained them fully, and proceeded with what I chose. He also provided thorough consideration of some additional quotes I asked for regarding some other plumbing projects in this house. The quotes came back quickly (next day since he was over near the end of the day) and were detailed and attractively priced.

My house already feels safer and more up-to-date, and I know the company to call going forwards.

Alex found us on Facebook when my girlfriend asked for a plumber. It was a tight space and he was able to fix it in no time. Kudos to Alex, great plumber!

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

I looked at three other companies and somehow landed on Jake the Plumber website. I'm glad I did because everyone was friendly and they asked the right questions before coming to our home in Woodbury. Stu was very fun and informative! Pricing seemed fair, still expensive though. We will definitely use this company again!!

We used Erik Nelson plumbing upon the recommendation of a friend, and were super satisfied with the service. Not only did our plumber fix the sink clog, he explained the process, and how to reduce the chance of it happening in the future. ENP will be our go-to plumber!

We originally chose a four hour time window, which was further confirmed to a 2 hour time window by email. The day of the appointment, we received a phone call notifying us the technician was on his way, and he promptly arrived 30 minutes later right at the beginning of our 2 hour time window.The technician (Dave #390) was very friendly and easy to work with. He solved all of our problems, while also giving us some tips and suggestions for the future. He didn't try to pressure us into any upsales. I would definitely work with him again if needed!

We hired Weld & Sons to do the plumbing in our kitchen remodel. The kitchen sink shared some plumbing with the outdoor spigot since they are on the same wall. Weld & Sons disconnected the outdoor spigot and never hooked it back up. To fix it, we hired someone else and we had to damage our brand new kitchen cabinet to hook everything back up. They claimed it wasn’t them who did the disconnecting. I know there’s no reason to believe me, but they definitely did it. They don’t keep good record or take before/after pictures. They didn’t even note in their records that we don’t have a basement (split-level house). What an extremely frustrating experience. You couldn’t pay me to hire them again.

Scheduling was quick, they spotted me in their system which sped things up. Service was reasonably prompt but not outstanding and the price - $475 to clear one drain, was steep.

I have been amazed at the service from Jeff and his team at First Response Restoration. We had 2 major water damage issues involving 5 rooms in our home. He understands the claims process and has been great knowing exactly what the insurance company wanted. Even the adjuster said she was impressed with his documentation and it helped her process the claim faster.

This company was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I called for a simple water leak and the same night our water heater went out on us. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone there that afternoon to look at the leak and replace the water heater. The pricing was very competitive as well.

The leak didn't go away from the initial visit and someone had to come back out to look again. He was there less than 15 minutes and fixed it at no cost to us. That's service if I've seen it and both service technicians were very professional. Great all around experience on our end.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
