Our kitchen sink was clogged, we have a 2 year old, so not been able to use the kitchen is not an option. I had a hard time finding somebody to come ASAP, until I ran into Dean's online. Their scheduling was great, the process was smooth and Nicholas, the technician they sent for our job was great! He was extremely professional and courteous; he explained the whole process to us before he began to work, and he gave us payment options; he took the time to walk us through all of them and through the financing options available to us. It was, overall, a very positive experience.

The General came out and cleared my drain. They made a big mess turn into not a bid deal at all. Thank you so much for being honest, upfront, clean, and prompt. Our technician Luis came out when we had water backing up into our basement. He was very professional and explained clearly what was going on and what needed to be done. He was always upfront about the cost and made sure to ask before he did anything that would cost more or cause concern.I felt I understood what was going on as he worked through the process and he went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed before he left. He stayed until nearly 1 in the morning on Friday night to make sure our pipes worked. Between carrying multiple pieces of heavy equipment up and down the stairs and snaking multiple water main access points he finally was able to clear the clog.What really stood out is the attention to detail when he cleaned up. He put everything back where he found it and if I wasn't there to see it you would hardly know he had even been there.I am happy with the work that was done. It cost about what I expecting for getting emergency work done. Luis did a great job and I would recommend his service to friends and family who are in a pinch.

Our tech arrived to install a garbage disposal, but upon inspection explained why it couldn’t be completed. He was thorough in explaining the older plumbing problems and what/how much it would take to fix it. Downgrade a couple stars because no one could give me an estimate on the service price until a tech came out (which was $69 for a tech to come out). When the tech came out, he quoted $765 for standard disposal install (what??). This price excluded any additional work, it was just for hooking up a disposal and walking away.

From the first phone call he knew exactly what i needed. . He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered when i called, and keep me informed every step of the way. They were able to come out next day. Him and his employee came out on time. They answered all my questions. They did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. They were honest upfront. They let me know the issues and solutions without trying to over charge or make me do unnecessary fixes. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Was hoping to use this guy as I have many thousands of dollars worth of plumbing work to be done at my new place but I’ve called twice now and have not gotten a returned call. I absolutely despise when companies do not at least call back. Common courtesy, no excuse. 0 stars.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
