Definately not happy with these guys....

Very fast excellent service and good prices. When I arrived at my shop and the water heater was not working (which is necessary for me to work), I called and the owner said Let me finish my breakfast and I'll be right there. How could you ask for better service than that! The owner and his electrician came out and replaced my water heater quick and got me back up and running faster than I ever could have expected. He understood the urgency of me needing the hot water to wash my client's dogs. Rose is definitely the plumbing guy for my business now!

After living in Eagan for 35 years the water pipes in my tuck under garage froze solid. I called street plumbing early Monday morning and was shocked when they answered. Austin told me he would get someone over the same day to look at the situation and hopefully get the water running. Jason and John showed up later that morning and were able to get water running to half of my home.

Austin came over to give me a bid for the repair work. I agreed to the contract and was told it would be about a week and a 1/2. I told him I was open to any cancellations and to my surprise again they were able to come over that Friday to fix the entire home and were able to do it in one long day. Jason and John even fixed a water shut off that was installed backwards by a local handyman. Great experience and great team. I have found my plumber.

Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

I appreciated that Nicholas Boisvert showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional!. I was told years ago that my main drain could not be cleaned, that all the plumbing needed replacing. Dean's was able to take care of the problem without replacing everything but the cover.

Guy's Sewer & Drain performed a cleaning of our sewer line and provided excellent service in removing roots and debris from the sewer line. They also discovered a crack in the sewer line which allowed us to proceed accordingly. We appreciated the quick and professional appointment!

We have been using TJK Plumbing for almost ten years now. They have have been consistently reliable. Each job has been quality and professional. TJK has done a full bathroom install, faucet repair, pipe rerouting and toilet replacement for us. All done right the first time. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

the water cleanup was excessively expensive . $4,000!They push complete rip out of drywall even when not needed.After we had signed the final paperwork we found a closet they had missed. It was flooded with sewer water. The technician was kind enough to come back and clean it up on his own time But no fans or drywall cutting even though it had been sitting there for a week since they missed it. They said to cut the drywall and get fans in there they would need to sign another contract.

I had Matt's come out to look at replacing an existing gas line for a new stove. The technicians were polite, professional, and arrived within the timeframe quoted. However, Matt's price was quadruple what I ended up paying White Bear Plumbing to do for the exact same job ($875 versus over $3800). He wanted $3200 to replace the line and then the remaining balance to be paid when they came back at a later date to hook up the gas stove. I had already received the $875 quote from White Bear Plumbing and when I asked why his price was so much more expensive, he said he has more than $800 in materials for my job. Even if this were true that would mean I am paying over $3k in labor (to run a gas line 15 feet) which is absurd. I gave them the $100 trip charge and declined the work. The reason I had Matt's come out is they said they could quote and complete the job the same day where White Bear was booked out a few weeks. Expensive lesson learned. And yes, White Bear Plumbing is also licensed, bonded, and insured and the work has a 1 year warranty. However, they didn't carry an iPad to quote the job, just a pen and paper.

Hired to replace an outdoor faucet. Thought we'd done our homework. Checked reviews, and confirmed Tschida was a licensed plumbing company. Estimate $150 to $175 (unfortunately not written), stating the higher amount was if the water line needed to be cut (which it wasn't). Took him about 20 minutes and charged $185. He never turned the water back on to check the faucet for leaks, so we're glad it hasn't, but it's not the anti-siphon type required for code in St. Paul. It doesn't sit flush with the siding and it turns hard. Tschida has not returned my husband's call to install a faucet to code, so will pursue elsewhere. I would avoid this company but, if you do go with them, make sure you get a written estimate, know what your city's code standards are, and confirm they intend to comply with these on your job.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
