Main drain was clogged and they fixed it the same day.

I asked to install a shutoff valve on the cold water-in to the toilet in a rental property. Then, I wanted them to replace the valve assemby and float valve. The toilet was filling very slowly. Norblom replaced components in the tank, but didnt install a shutoff valve (I found this out later).

Then, I told them to install a new water faucet in the kitchen of the same unit (different appointment). While they were at it, might as well have them install shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, too. This is a 100 year old building that doesnt have modern conveniences. The person I spoke to at Norblom said I'll look into pricing the faucet because they apparently dont carry the type that unit needed (?).

A plumber went in and installed shut off valves under the sink, then left me a message saying he didnt have the parts to repair the faucet. I asked for a new one, not a repair.

I talked with the owner, the most I can offer is an $80 credit. They charge a $97 minimum, plus parts and any labor over 30 min. I've already paid $400 for the minimal work they've done. I'm not paying more. I found a guy on Craigslist that did everything I wanted that Norblom didnt, and perfect quality work, for much less $$.

Tom fixed our sink's broken stopper mechanism so quickly, it looks awesome and works like a dream. Also helped me understand the overall condition of my home's plumbing with no pressure or scare tactics. Highly recommend!!

I am so grateful for the Erickson team! Woke up this morning to my house at 80. It is supposed to get close to 100 today and Maria came out and fixed my unit! I cannot express my gratitude for getting my AC working again!!!!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.
