My water heater broke (was leaking) and in less than two hour the hot water heater was replaced! Thank you so much TJ. Our household had no hot water and Jake came out on a Saturday to fix the issue! First he asked the right questions and had me text a few photos. Then with a bit more investigation he was able to determine what the issue was - the vapor signal - was emitting. He came over, replaced the part, explained that you can't put paint next to a water heater, which my son did recently while sweeping the utility room. So now we know. Jake was friendly, prompt and helped us understand what needed to be done, I highly recommend him!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Easily was able to make an appointment and they were out to my home within a hour. The technician Darrell was very friendly, professional and he was able to clear the clogged drain!

Earlier this summer I had a plumbing issue that impacted both units of a duplex where there was a leak from one toilet in the upper unit into the bathroom of the lower. Norblom sent one plumber to look at and diagnose the issue with a 4-hour timeslot allotted to the fix. This plumber didn't even remove the 2' x 2' board we had screwed to the ceiling to investigate the issue, which I know because the small beads of caulk were still in tact on the the side of the board. He just said we need to fully remodel the bathroom. I also needed the kitchen faucet fixed, which he didn't do either. I then met with an estimator to review the project and never received the estimate. All of this cost me over $200 for nothing and wasted valuable time (which they overcharged on time and never gave me a return - confirmed by the manager). I understand the conditions of the bathrooms were not 100% perfect, so I decided to call a competent plumber (Rascher Plumbing --> A+++!) and they came out, repaired the floor, fixed the toilet, fixed the kitchen all within a 4-hour timeslot. Do yourself a favor and save some time and money by using a different plumber.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
