I called Deans to unhook our water faucets, dishwasher and the like for a counter top replacement. The work took 30 minutes. I was shocked at the price tag of $500. When they came back for the reinstallation of all pieces, at the same shocking number, so now we are at $1,000, they re installed the faucet incorrectly and in the wrong order, so we could not remove the screws from the under plate. We were unable to remove it for a new faucet and this happened. So having to replace the sink. $1,300 in and I keep getting emails and calls to set up services despite asking to be removed from their call and email lists repeatedly. Will never use again and advise against.

Fast, same day service to thaw my frozen line. A little expensive, but what isn't these days.

I called another place to come out and clean my clogged drain in the garage. We’ve had so much snow these past couple weeks and my garage floor was covered in melted snow. The other company never showed up. I called Twin Cities Rooter Tuesday at 4pm and they took care of my problem Wednesday morning at 9am. Dillon was professional and honest. I will make sure to call them next time. Thank you for taking care of my garage floor drain. Highly recommend the business and Dillon.

My new go-to for slow/clogged drains. Came out within a few hours even though it was a Sunday. Fast, courteous, friendly, and professional. Was also very up front and transparent about pricing, which I really like, and has not been my experience with other drain cleaning companies. Thanks for the awesome service! Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

Andrew (ID 2766) came out to clear roots from our house main line. He was straight forward and very professional. He quickly fixed our issue and explained his process as he went. Highly recommend working with him.

These guys were awesome! Our kitchen drain started to back up and right away when I called I was told someone could be at my house within two hours. Keep in mind, this was Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. The cost was significantly lower than what I imagining (this was my first service call to anyone in the 5 years I've been a homeowner so I had no idea what to expect). They didn't charge any type of weekend/holiday fee or additional fees in general, it was just one set price for the job. Mike was the technician dispatched out of Oakdale, MN. He couldn't have been nicer, explained what he was doing, possible causes and how I could do monthly preventative maintenance myself to help limit the chances of this happening again. Within about an hour, I had my kitchen back. Seriously, if anyone needs a plumber day or night, go with these guys. They won't disappoint. Thank you again Mike!

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

Called and was sent to Roto Rooter. If I wanted Roto Rooter, why wouldn’t I just call them? Not cool.
