We have been using TJK Plumbing for almost ten years now. They have have been consistently reliable. Each job has been quality and professional. TJK has done a full bathroom install, faucet repair, pipe rerouting and toilet replacement for us. All done right the first time. Highly recommend.

Had a blocked kitchen drain pipe / main line. They cleared it and said if it blocked again within 6 months, they’d clear it again for free, which is exactly what they did today. Zeb was professional, proficient and thorough. He, like the previous plumber, made sure I understood how to maintain the drain (which I had done but it still got blocked again). Every plumbing service charges about the same to open a blocked kitchen main line, but Rotor Rooter is the only one I’ve found with a six month guarantee to redo it for free. Zeb examined the basement pipes and noted the blocked line’s pipes are narrower than current code, and the winding path with many turns doesn’t help. He gave detailed advise if we ever decide to replace with larger pipes to help reduce this issue.I try to be fair and honest with my reviews, to give information that helps others make decisions & know what to expect. I had a clogged laundry drain. I called Roto-Rooter and within an hour I met Steve who explained my options, the costs, and his recommendations. I didn’t feel any pressure from him. He was able to get the pipes cleaned out and put back together within an hour. I’m very happy and satisfied with the job he did.

Corey and his team were incredible. We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat. Corey understands service and excellence!

I just had an excellent experience with Ken’s Sewer Service. Wow!
I was in a pinch with a bath faucet that I couldn’t turn off and was gushing water. Over night, we got a dumping of snow and the roads were really bad, schools closed, so I was concerned no one would come out. Ken’s Sewer’s owner quickly dispatched a plumber who came with the repair parts and tools needed to quickly address the faucet issue. The staff was professional, friendly, clean, and efficient. I’m grateful to find a team that is reliable, honest, and a great value. Thank you so much to the owner and his team for excellent service!

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
