Best Heating Repairs in Milwaukee WI

I recommended this company to some friends because I used Dickenschrauf in the past. This time they were a NO SHOW and didn’t have the courtesy to notify their “new customer”! They waited patiently for this irresponsible plumber! Never again will I recommend this company! I’m embarrassed that I expected them to show up for a confirmed appointment.

$605 for this repair?????

My water heater was down for about 2 day leaving me without hot water, I contacted multiple other services and they couldn't even get a technician to me for a couple days. Until I contacted Omer and within 24 hours he installed a new water heater for me.

So much for costumer service in this place.
We called because we need it a Plumber urgently. So we also the lady if she had anyone available she said the closes was 3 weeks. Then we ask again is there anything you can do to send someone or another place we can call to get a good service. And with the worst attitude she said to us. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT as she laughed at us. It was so rude and unprofessional, to talk like this to potential clients.

Review Update: WOW. Thank God we did not went with this company, What a Horrible and Unprofessional response. Let's get some classes of customer service. PS : we were able to find a great service elsewhere and they were able to show up TODAY and they are coming back TOMORROW too.

I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.

Reliable , thorough and quick

Tim's installed a toilet for my mother. The install was done poorly. Plumbers putty was used in place of the required wax ring. The toilet leaked making a mess of the basement and the bathroom floor. When she called Tim's they said they would get to it when they could. My 89 year old mother was going downstairs to the basement bathroom for days. When I found out about this I picked up the proper materials and installed the toilet properly. Tim's never did show up.

Rozga Plumbing was great! They came out the same day to hook up our new gas dryer. Shane was very helpful and professional. I will use them again.

i'm searching for a plumber & ran across these reviews. the complaints are: poor customer service, will not follow up on service promised & have you waiting all day or week or may not show at all for repairs. Wow! I better keep looking.

could do w alot of less hanging out between workers and more towards customer service would be great

I had a small issue with my water heater that Brian was kind enough to fit me in for. The agreement was that Brian would come at the end of his day to quickly take care of something for me. Well, the night before SE Wisconsin experienced flooding and Brian was inundated with calls for sump pump repairs and general flooding issues. It would have been totally reasonable of him to push back my issue one day, but he didn't. He made it to my house after a very long day a little before 8:00 PM, was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very affordable. Brian will be my new plumber for as long as he chooses to stay in business. I very highly recommend him.
