Faust goes above and beyond - they've taken odd emergency jobs for me at the water park I run, come with all the parts and tools needed for my annual start up and shut down, do the work quickly and efficiently, communication and the work is always excellent.

Came during the polar vortex and fixed my slow draining pipes.

I was looking for a plumber to fix some leaking gas pipes. Diamond Plumbing Services (DPS) aka Diamond Plumbing Heating and Cooling has Very friendly customer service, but that's it. Instead of doing the repairs a plumber came out, charged me an assessment fee to look at exposed pipes in a basement that had already been assessed and marked by WE energies. When making the appointment, I had clearly stated on the phone that I wanted the repairs done. Instead the plumber left within a few minutes and later emailed me a proposal which ranged from doing the repairs up to a gold level maintenance package, which i had not asked for. The price quoted for doing the repairs was 300% higher than the next plumbing Co. who came in and did all the repairs in a couple of hours including some upgrades. The maintenance package quoted was extremely much higher. I did receive at least 4 emails saying they appreciated me, which I understand since I paid them to look at my pipes. They also have a very slick invoicing system for sending out proposals, invoices and payment reminders.

Excellent plumbing service by very capable technicians and excellent on time scheduling and communication from their office staff.

I am in the process of building a bathroom in my basement and I wanted to give the plumbers a big thanks. They were professional, quick, fair prices, and did a great job. I had a few extra odd jobs they took care of in no time flat.

During my bathroom build, I worked with the designer and she helped me pick out fixtures and toilet to all match. People are very jealous of my new bathroom.

Things they have done so far: new pipe under the cement floor, install new toilet, install shower faucet, shower pan, faucet for my sink, and replaced my galvanized pipe with PEX. With the new PEX my water pressure is great and they had the pipes replaced in a day.

Our kitchen had this slow leaking, like a week a coffee cup leak, nothing major. I asked them to take a look. Tech came over, took 2 seconds and told me I need a new disposal. I told him our house is only 5 year old new house. Ask him can he just replace the strainer. The guy said no. Then I told him leave it, told him I will call my builder to replace it. I can tell he was upset. The guy stayed on our drive way for more than 20 minutes calling people. Today, I got a $152 bill in the mail for their 1 minute service, I called the owner and was told I agreed when I first called his daughter for the price. I guess one of us is a liar. Before you call this contractor, think twice!

They responded fast and treated our issue on Sunday for cheap. They removed the build up in out pipes and everything works well.
