We had Hartlaub come out to work on a potentially chronic issue with our bathtub and do a plumbing inspection as part of a contract we signed with them. The service tech. that came out, Jeff did an excellent job of documenting everything he found as he worked on the faucet. He explained to me the several areas that could cause it to leak and why he felt it started to drip for a second time. With the work he did I am comfortable that it may not be a chronic issue.
On the inspection Jeff explained what he was looking for on each device he inspected. Because of the questions I asked, he even took the time to explain how a few things work. There were a couple of items he could have easily sold me on that they needed to be repaired now. Instead, he assured me they did not have the potential to cause a major issue, but that I should only be aware they may need to repaired later.
On everything from contacting the office for the appointment to the work, and attitude, of Jeff I would highly recommend Hartlaub.

Totally pleased with the quick result received. Kitchen drain went from draining slow to completely stopped up. Tried to clear myself, but no result. Justin showed up quickly & took no time diagnosing the issue. Turns out the clog was deep in the stack, actually under the house. How he knew this, I don't know. But he was correct. I was amazed at how he could listen to water moving and decide at exactly what moment the clog was moving out. Would highly recommend. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & timely. All you could ask for.

We had a sewer backup in our basement that we noticed on Friday at 10:30pm, I called around on Saturday morning and was having trouble finding someone who could get out to us before Monday afternoon. I called this company and they knew what I needed right away and were out to us before 12pm today (Saturday). They were quick, friendly, informative and VERY reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again!

Called today to receive information on the work they did in my home back in January. Instantly they were combative. They will not provide me with any documentation. The owner of the company hung up on me. Never been more disgusted.

I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get completely ripped off. We called them out to address a smell coming from the drain in our shower. We told them multiple times where the smell was coming from and said we thought there might be build-up in the P-trap or one of the pipes in the basement -- they told us multiples times that we were wrong. After charging us for a new toilet ring, doing a smoke test, and telling use we needed to extend our soffit vent out, we ended up paying for a lot of unnecessary work that didn't fix the smell at all. We had 2 more plumbers come out and give us their opinions and both agreed within 10 minutes of being here that our suspicions were correct. The plumber we went with had everything cleaned out and fixed in a day. Alpine refuses to admit their mistake, says they're the experts, and after an hour on the phone with them only knocked $100 off our bill. What a joke.

Vince sent Curt, who arrived on time and ready to go. He was professional, to the point, and worked efficiently. Afterward, cleaned up like you'd never know he was there. Overall a great experience and beyond a good value.
