I am so thankful at how the whole company was fantastic to me and my wife. I am almost hesitant to say they have outstanding ‘customer service’ (they do!) because I have felt more like a friend or family member than a customer. I am just so happy with everything (all things considered!). Seriously, I couldn’t ask for a better company to help me and my wife during a stressful time. I was amazed by how timely everything happened, and how on time everyone was. When he said he’s be there at 2, he was there at 2. When he said he’d be back between 8:15 and 8:30, he was there at 8:24. I’m so grateful that we were not only able to get rid of the roots in my sewer line, but also to find out the ‘root’ of the larger problem. The video recordings also help in my understanding of what is really going on, and while I never doubted the assessment, it adds visible proof that they’re not trying to upsell anything. While I wish I didn’t have this problem at all, I have it nonetheless, and I am looking forward to working with Sewer Ninjas to do the work to fix it. I am confident in their abilities, professionalism, and expertise. I can’t recommend highly enough.

I had a great experience with Hartlaub taking care of my nonfunctioning sump pump. I called in at an early morning time & someone was out by 9:00. Andy Gomez was so efficient not to mention very pleasant. He told me what he was doing & replacing with detailed instructions on checking out my new pump.
I would have signed on to the service contract if it wasn't that I was already locked into another agreement.
I will recommend Hartlaub to anyone needing their services.
