Best Water Heater Replacement in Milwaukee WI

This was the 2nd time I needed plumbing services from Faust. They have always been on time and able to diagnose and fix the problems. I also found their prices are very reasonable. I recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

I would personally recommend these guys to anybody they got back to me with a speedy response and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day they gave me the best price quote and rates out of 9 people that I contacted they showed up and were very professional and I feel like they did a very Speedy job since most contractors like to try and draw it out so they can milk you for all they can he also cleaned up after the job was completed definitely a five-star company with five star employees

Ryan and Dan are top notch and always a pleasure to work with. Both have done everything for us in our real estate business from replacing leaky faucets to ripping out and installing brand new heating and plumbing systems. Both Dan and Ryan are always on time, always responsive and always someone I know will do the job right the first time!

Ended the night with finding out my water heater reached it’s demise. Called Milwaukee Plumbing the next morning and by 10:30am, brand new water heater installed & functioning correctly! Really appreciate the timely, efficient, seamless and great service that Jesse provided! Great customer service and love the service model Milwaukee Plumbing has; the supplier meets them with the hardware and hauls the old hardware away so their plumbers can execute and don’t need to be going back/forth to warehouses for supplies! I was able to text some pictures of our issues ahead of time which helped greatly. Scheduling was easy, quick service and a good value overall. Took proper COVID-19 precautions. We will call again for sure if needed.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

When we had a plumbing issue at our office building we called Borth-Wilson and they had someone over right away to fix the problem. The entire staff was friendly, knew what they were doing and the pricing was fair. A very nice company to do business with and one that I highly recommend.
