I was recommended to have Tuffy’s come camera my in-ground downspout drains before getting new gutters and I’m so glad I did! Chris and Austin came over with their high-tech drain camera and found out that one of my underground pipes was broken. Austin came back and dug out the broken pipes and replaced them with all new fittings. Super happy with the work, sump pump barely runs now. Thank you Tuffy’s!

Our water heater pilot light would not light after a sewage back up. They were here same day within 30 minutes and took care of the problem. He was also able to change out 4 faucet cartridges. Excellent work and reasonably priced! He's been our plumber for 10 years. BEST PLUMBER EVER!!

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done!
