They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

I also had a water line installed for a refrigerator. The plumber called to let me know he would be on time. He was very nice and efficient. He did only what was needed to clear the clog. I appreciate his explanation of what he was doing. Great experience!!

Have to agree with the other comments here and should have looked sooner. We should have gotten estimates but were time-crunched in the sale of our home and needed a palmer valve unstucked. Long story short, I believe they spent less than 45 minutes total completing the work, yet somehow arrived at 2.25 hours of labor, and charged me $360, which includes ZERO materials. From what I've been able to find, unsticking a Palmer valve generally costs less than $100. I don't think I'll ever be calling them again for my home or my Tosa rentals.
