Best Water in Milwaukee WI

Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far. The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now.

Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

I was referred to them, took time off of work for the appointment, they were a no call no show.

Steven did a great job! Kitchen sink was clogged and shower wouldn't get hot water. He found we had two different sized pipes which caused the draining issue. He was also able to repair our shower so now we have hot water again! Would definitely recommend!!

I called Alpine Plumbing to address an uncontrollable leak from an old outdoor hose bibb. I was prepared to be told the bibb would need to be replaced, which would have been an invasive job that would have also left me repairing exterior siding and basement drywall. I was put in contact with Jody who asked for a video of the leak and quickly diagnosed the issue upon receipt. He walked me through a very simple solution over the phone that completely fixed the leak. He saved me time, money, and the misery of stressing over a messy job. DO not do business with this contractor. They came and looked at a pipe that burst on the outside of our home. The labor took 15 minutes at most. The part is worth $5 retail. They charged me $250 for 15 minutes of labor and $40 for the part. Would not recommend.
