Best Water in Milwaukee WI

Details of the plumbing issue aside, the response from this company rates 10 stars! Without prompting from me, the dispatcher took it upon herself to text a serviceman in the field to see if he could fit me in today. In less than one hour, Joe arrived, took care of the issue and all is well. My thanks to Jody. I'm grateful for this great service experience!

Called in for me by another plumber who couldn't do the job that day, so others in the field trust him. Got right to work. Ran into a bump in the road (literally) but treated me fairly for pricing. The man who actually runs the show is a little difficult to understand but has a younger guy to help him. Highly reccomended; for him to be still going strong after his difficult journey... kudos!

Had 2 tankless water heaters installed approximately in 2021. Pressure relief valve failed on one of them. Valve was under warranty. Phoned and emailed repeatedly. Finally after 2 plus weeks they got back to us. The problem was resolved. Now the relief valve on the other is failing. Emailed them on January 2nd and received no reply to this date. Please contact me so I can get this situation resolved. Installation of water heaters were done professionally and I was very satisfied. But getting in contact with company could use some improvement.

They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

Excellent work- honest estimates. Left my basement neat and clean when they finished. Dan is the best!

Initial plumber messed up the job but Rashawn was awesome; came himself to look at it and got it fixed right away.

I agree with Sonnys review. They were at my house for 40 minutes, and charged 90minutes and also showed up 45 minutes and only called 30 minutes after scheduled time to tell me on their way. There's a 50 dollar travel fee, and they double bill you for travel time in addition to that fee. He also told me there wasn't a gas leak though had entire family over to smell gas and WE energies detected it. They do not use up to date techniques (WE had a device to measure gas, this guy had some soap/bubbles and his nose and refused to believe me that there was a leak... it was a SLOW leak), since have had leaky valve replaced by a reputable company.

This company overcharged me for work and did not supply an estimate for approval. After several unanswered emails, I called to discuss this was met with very unprofessional and threatening language. Then I was hung up on. Be aware that this company charges $166.00/hr for travel time and they also tack on material charges for maintenance of their equipment. I was charged 2.25 hours for a simple sewer clean out that required 50 minutes of labor. In addition there was a $45.00 material charge that is included in every job. I will not be calling this company again and I feel mistreated.
