Great service : Isaac Klahn was very experienced with diagnosing the problems before starting work. He is very experienced and offers options to keep the cost down. Did work at mother-in laws house and was very respectful with an old lady with memory problems. Very happy with services rendered. Referred him to our next door neighbor. Hartlaub is on the ball and available when others are not.

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

I called Michael with Plugged Pipes when my tenants were having trouble with their bathtub draining slowly. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly, take care of the problem, gave me and the tenants tips to keep the problem from developing again and was very reasonably priced. Two thumbs up Michael !!!

Completely unprofessional staff. Have dealt with them few times. First of all, hardly ever you can reach Holly (the receptionist) in the first call, then plumber does not communicate with you before leaving the job site and leaves you wondering why the work was not completed. Then, after making multiple calls, Finally, Holly responses that, a part needed to be ordered and we will send the plumber back on a certain day.
No show on the set appointment and the process starts all over again with leaving you wondering why the plumber has not showed up yet.

Moral of the story, if you need quick service, better call a different company.

Excellent and timely service

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

Knight Plumbing is always quick to get out to our house when we have an issue and the job done right. All of the staff is professional and friendly but Andy Roeder is especially fantastic to work with!
