I am a first time customer, I had a sewage back up in my basement every time I flushed the toilet. My wife is pregnant and needs to use the bathroom when need be. I was in a panic and needed this fixed asap. I got a call from Issac and he asked if he could make my terrible day go better by getting me a coffee, soda or even stop at the grocery store for me on his way to my house. I thought that was extremely thoughtful of him and I knew right away he was definitely going to do his best and make sure the problem would be solved before he left. Issac went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. He used an auger to clear the roots from my drain as well as a camera too look down the pipes and see if there were any other issues, then he put roto x down my main pipe to prevent this from happening again anytime soon. He didnt force any extra sales on me like some companies will. He suggested certain things that I needed and things I didnt need he told me the issue wasn't big enough to go that far He wasn't out to scam me, he was there for THE CUSTOMER. I have used other companies in the past but after tonight's experience i will now only be using Hartlaub.

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

Don’t call them. Provided poor service. Inaccurate estimate. Service call minimal cost $110. Disappointed from start to finish. Wish I would have called another plumber.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

The came change my old pipes. The only reason I give them 4 stars cause they put all the old pipes in my trash can. My city don’t except this kind of trash. I don’t know where to throw the old pipes now cause I took them out of the trash so I don’t get a big fine from the city. Professional and on time. Prices are fare.
