I have used Dickenschrauf Plumbing for the past 10+ years. I would never consider calling anyone else. They recently stepped up when a previous plumber walked off the job in the middle of a remodel. They came first to uninstall the dishwasher and plumbing in the kitchen so I could get new counters in, with little to no notice. They came back two days later to reinstall the faucet and hook everything back up. Then when a box store canceled the delivery of my new vanity and toilet, they sent a crew to go pick it up, it did not fit in the truck so they sent a second empty truck to get it here only to discover as they were opening it that it was shipped with a cracked countertop. A new one was delivered a week later and with no complaints Jeff showed up, installed the faucets, vanity, toilet and even helped with my shower rod. They hauled all the garbage away, cleaned up as they were never there. I can not say enough good things about them and it’s nice to have a friendly plumber that will respond by phone, email or text when needed. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Karl is a rock star plumber. We just moved into the Milwaukee area and I can confidently say we found our go to guy. He was open and honest about what's needed, what's not needed, what would save us money, and what to look for in the future. He did great work, and we greatly appreciated his honesty.

Getting a quote or estimate starts with Don visiting your home. His knowledge and experience was great. He took quick measurements and started to rattle off makes and models for different options.

The remodel process went very good. The tile guy did a fantastic arch in our bathtub that is just beautiful. The wrong shower door was sent by the supplier - but they communicated well and we got the right door as quickly as possible.

All in all - no complaints. Job well done. Good crews. Good communication. Fair price.

Needed Saturday emergency service. Tracy arrived on time and professionally and promptly took care of the problem. He cleaned up when he finished and it was a very good experience.

Both Rick and Mike cleaned up so well it's like you never knew they were here. Price was absolutely perfect as well. The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

Called basement flooded came out could not open clog made it worse charged hundreds of dollars for nothing. We went and rented a larger snake had it open and water drained to crock on 1st try. Will never call them again.

PLEASE READ!! It is now 4 weeks and 2 water heaters later and still not working! Paul (PJ's Plumping) DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I think he bought these water heaters from a back ally. He had Rheem repair person come out to find out later that that company only check water heaters that were bought through them. Neither heater were bought from this company. Also I was told by Rheem that PJs Plumbing DOES NOT WARRANT LABOR i.e. electrician if needed. I needed it twice. You would have to pay that yourself. Paul got free labor when he should have paid. Shady if you ask me. The repair person was very nice! I still do not have the hottest water going to shower. I live in a small condo. I did not have this issue with my old hot water heater (A.O.Smith). Temperature is set at 120 degrees and should produce serious burns if running on skin for more than 5 min (This is taken from manual). I take an entire show on the hottest setting. He wanted to pay off to take down the review, well ½ for my trouble with Dan at the beginning and other half when I take down the review or retract it. Now he says he is going to get the first ½ payment back from my bank. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!

WORSET EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I chose PJ's Plumbing because of it's high rating but wish I would have researched more.They installed my new water heater but didn't stick around to see if water got hot. The next morning I wake up with NO HOT WATER! A guy came out to find out the breaker was tripped. He also didn't stick around to see if heater was heating and told me to call him if it trips again. Not 3 min later breaker tripped again. I called PJ's plumbing again and they told me I need to get an electrician out here and that they NEVER had a faulty water heater and there must be something wrong with my breaker. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater. I got an electrician out to my home and tested everything to find that the heaters 2 elements were running at the same time. They wouldn't come out and replace it on the weekend. I had to wait the entire weekend then an extra day because they wouldn't have someone come out to close to closing on Monday. The girl asked if they could come out at 7 am and I said no 8 am. Well Dan shows up at 7:15 am (still sleeping). I take meds to sleep and have a hard time getting up at that hour. Dan insisted it wasn't the heater and that they never had a faulty water heater (bull). He tried to tell me my breaker was not the right one. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater and he said things change. REALLY the amps, voltage don't change! All was the same as my old heater. He didn't want to change out my heater. He called an electrician buddy of his and sure enough my breaker was fine and the 2 elemnents would trip the breaker. He had a poor attitude, rushed and again didn't even wait to see if the heater was heating. Pipe was cold when I touched it after he left. His comments when leaving was hope we won't have to hear from you again and Now if it doesn't work it's not the water heater. REALLY!!??

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.
