I had been having issues with a basement toilet leaking. Julian came out within 24 hours of me contacting the company. He quickly found where the leak was coming from. I decided to have him install a new toilet because the current one was several years old. I am glad that I found Diamond Plumbing & Heating online! I will definitely be calling with any future needs. 7 people were involved in remodeling 2 bathrooms. We found all of them to be personable, hard working, knowledgeable, and careful most of the time. Expediter needs to sharpen his communication skills. Would recommend the tarps be cleaned or replaced in between jobs. Would give the nod to Borth-Wilson if we had another remodel job unless a competitor knocked our socks off.

After a call for help due to the previous owner’s lack of skills, Peder saved the day by installing a sump pump and repiping all kinds of wrong while at it. He also installed a ‘bitch of a toilet’ in the 2nd floor bathroom. A fifth star would have been earned if he had followed up on my quest for a new kitchen faucet. Perhaps that will happen now.

Needed Saturday emergency service. Tracy arrived on time and professionally and promptly took care of the problem. He cleaned up when he finished and it was a very good experience.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

We experienced a sewer backup in our basement on a Saturday morning - they were able to come by the house and were here within an hour. Rich was the tech, and he was fast, efficient, friendly and took care of our problem right away. The entire issue was resolved inside of an hour. Highly recommended. Considering the issue it was a relatively pain-free experience. :)

Had an emergency repair on a Saturday at 10 am. Paul answered the phone and got a tech out to me within a few hours. Everything went great and we are back in business! Appreciate the quality work and the urgency shown. Thanks guys!

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.
