Borth-Wilson is a great company! I had a great customer experience on all ends. Both Receptionist and Technicians were very easy to work with, Curtious, and answered any questions i have. My job was done very quickly and in a timely matter. I would Recommend them to anyone i know. I will use them again in the future for any other work! Oh and the Prices are below Average!

We had our countertops and sink replaced, so we had to have our plumbing disconnected before and reconnected after. Holly was super helpful getting the scheduling coordinated and finding the faucets and parts that we would need. Peder took care of all the work. He installed a new garbage disposal, faucet and RO faucet. Everything under the sink was old and much of it was worn. Peder did a great job correcting and updating everything for us. Very friendly, professional and thorough. We're very happy to have a plumbing company for any future needs. Highly recommend!!

Great Plumbing contractors

On April 24th,2023 i hired PJ's plumbing to unclog my sewer lateral that drains into the city sewer line. I attempted to clear the line myself prior to hiring them and was able to get a rooter all the way into the city line, but was unable to obtain proper flowage. The kids that were sent out to do the work were unable to get a rooter more then 15ft into the drain before giving up. They also attempted to push a camera and a jetter in, but had absolutely no success. One of the two plumbers returned to the shop after that to get a pump while his coworker and i sat and waited for 60-90min. The pump ended up not helping at all. After failing to clear my drain one of the plumbers informed me that he would be putting it down as 2 hours of labor and i agreed to sign for that amount of time. The tablet that i was presented to sign on had nothing but a blank screen for my signature so i signed. When i had first called PJ's office i explained what my situation was and asked their hourly rate. I was told they charged $160/hr. Unfortunately when i received my invoice the following day i had been charged a total of $627.90 which is a rate of $299/hr. On April 25th i hired a different plumber to clear my drain, who was able to complete the work within 30min having no issues. I called the owner of PJ's on April 26th to explain my issues with the work that was not completed, and that another plumber was able to complete the task in a timely manner without issue (Cox Plumbing). I also explained that i was told the labor rate was $160/hr and that the $627.90 bill was too much for a job that was not accomplished. I offered to pay him $350 which would cover the rate i originally agreed to. He was not willing to negotiate with me at all and informed me that if i did not pay the full amount he would put a lean on my house. I received paper work from PJ's plumbing 3 days later informing me of their intent to put a lean on my house. I believe that his plumbers were not properly trained to complete the job and did not have the right equipment. They did not complete the job that i hired them to do and are attempting to charge me more than the agreed upon amount. I am still willing to pay $350 but i believe that Paul has some extremely shady business practices and should not be paid a premium amount for a job that was not accomplished.

Rick completed the plumbing on a kitchen remodel for us. Work was well thought out and executed perfectly. Craftsmanship was really good and the cost was competitive

Very prompt, informative, knowledgeable, funny😁. Fit me in the day problem occurred...stayed til into evening to finish all the details...very pleasant experience!

He charged me over $200 for replacing something that didn’t even need to be replaced and it didn’t fix the problem, at all.
Huge rip off.

Great service for a great price!! Both Tim and Todd have helped me out of plumbing repairs and installs at much less than others quoted. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend ! Thanks guys!

This best Plumber in City of Milwaukee.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.
