I had been having issues with a basement toilet leaking. Julian came out within 24 hours of me contacting the company. He quickly found where the leak was coming from. I decided to have him install a new toilet because the current one was several years old. I am glad that I found Diamond Plumbing & Heating online! I will definitely be calling with any future needs. The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. They're usually able to send someone out the same day (and occasionally arrive earlier than scheduled). The guys are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in their explanations. I’ve trusted them with all my plumbing challenges.

Needed a water heater installed after mine stopped working outside of warranty. No hot water in the house for 3 days 🥶. 24 hrs after I made the call I was able to take a hot shower again! Good price and good service. Thank you Dayton!!!

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Needed Saturday emergency service. Tracy arrived on time and professionally and promptly took care of the problem. He cleaned up when he finished and it was a very good experience.

Richard was on time and completed the installation of an interior door. He failed to do it properly and marked up the door while installing the hinges. Then he didn't want to take responsibility and told me the door was wrong size but according to him he just installed it anyway. $125 for labor and the door doesn't even latch. Don't use this guy, he is horrible!
